Nice stay and friendly front desk staff. They offered welcome fruit during CNY holiday, and a little teddy bear for child.

It was unforgettable experience, i will never forget this night, thank you so much for all manager asstants Kevin, Man and Holly for your kindness and great service, the hotel is so clean and all staff are kind and helpful, they decorticated my room for free for my marriage anniversary and they provide the best service I will come again for sure and have a great time, you can stay for the whole day at the hotel there's different restaurant, spa, KTV,small garden, indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and many other things to enjoy your stay

The hotel is not new but it is very well maintained and very clean. The staff is super-friendly and do their best even though they do not speak much english. Rooms are roomy, the gym is nice comfortable and very clean. Excellent hotel at a reasonable price.

very beautiful hotel, lobby, garden inside, great swimming pool with clean and warm water, working sauna. amazing rooms, very spacious, beautiful. location close to the airport but kind if nothing around it. breakfast could be better, some pastries were dry, and quite a hectic atmosphere with staff basically taking your plate away. we enjoyed very much.

Boa Li Lai Hotel is always a great choice when in Fuyong Area or need to be close to Shenzhen Airport. Rooms are big and clean and now I saw they also habe a great movie selection available for free.

Hotel is spacious and clean! Had a great night there! Went to seafood street for dinner which is 10 mins away by taxi! Very convenient!! Recommended!

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are large and the hotel has nice facilities like a pool, garden and fitness center. Staff allowed us a very early checkin which was a live saver with two kids tired after the flight. Very much recommended.

I'm an engineer from the USA. I have stayed at this hotel many times throughout 15 years. I've stayed here more than 100 nights. It is the best hotel in this area. The rooms are clean. The service is awesome. The bar is relaxing and interesting. The bartender has helped me improve my Chinese while having drinks there. There is a rotating restaurant on the top of the hotel. That rotating restaurant has luxury food for a reasonable price. It’s clean - but it’s more geared towards Chinese speakers hotel. Their English is very limited. Other than that it’s very good. High recommend it.
