Qingneng Chutian Hotel (Shenzhen Futian Port Convention and Exhibition Center) recensioner

Overall I had a pleasant stay. The employees at the check in desk were very friendly when greeting me at the front desk and checked me in and gave me my room card key within minutes. The hotel has a proper lobby area on the first floor and the check desks are well staffed and well lit and easy to find and so when you’re first checking in, you get a good impression of the hotel. There is also a luckin coffee shop and convenience store in that same first floor lobby so you can pop down and get something to drink easily. They also reserve two elevators in the building for hotel guests only and so its easy to enter and leave your hotel room. The hotel room itself was very well cleaned, the toilet area was very well cleaned and the bed linens were clean too. There was also no smell of cigarette smoke at all and also there wasn’t any smell of cigarettes coming from other hotel rooms through the centralised air ventilation (maybe because there weren’t many guests staying on my floor on the day of my stay). The noise proofing between the room door and the outside corridor was quite good so I didn’t hear other guests on my floor leaving and entering their rooms from inside my room. The hotel room was very spacious for me as I was using the room alone and there was a nice area where I could unpack my carry on suitcase and even a small round desk with a chair where you could work on a laptop or eat takeaway. My room had quite a large sized window (they tint the windows to make the sunlight that enters the hotel room to not be too intense). The curtains were super thick and blocked out all outside light and so I could have a completely dark room at night for good rest and sleep. The air conditioning in the room worked very well and both the coolness and intensity could be adjusted easily. It was very easy to use didi to call a taxi and leave the hotels for meals or walks. For example, it only took 7 minutes to get to coco park shopping centre and 5 minutes to get to futian high speed rail station.

The room is very comfortable and clean. There are many facilities, very convenient. The receptionist is lovely. The breakfast was very delicious. There are also many places to eat nearby.

Mr. Chen was very friendly and supportive. Nice location and very clean. There is a coffee shop next to the reception. Very convenient.

Exception on one floor, Mr. Chen is friendly have a coffee shop and near the convention and special center and near the checkpoint checkpoint. It’s a convenient.

The room is okay and the reception is friendly one for have the coffee cup and near the Coco Park and the convention and Bhiza Centre the room is beautiful

Nice hotel. Great location. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and sufficient breakfast. Receptionist 4 is very friendly. I got a free upgrade :)

Location was ok, 10ish minutes for taxi to get to futian high speed rail station or the futian shore port. Less than 10 mins to get to Coco park. Good food selections nearby. Downside is sometimes the corridors will have a faint sewage scent, not sure if the pipes are bit old. Very friendly staffs, especially staff number 4. There was an incident where the staff were taking photos/video of our children when presenting them with gifts. We asked them not to post/share after and they were very courteous and deleted the photos immediately which we felt well respected.

Hotel is good well maintained and clean,staff polite and helpful.Would recommend to my friends and relatives

This is good for family or 3 persons. And the bed is so cute for children. But the a little bad thing is too near street / highway so many cars that it is too noisy for sleeping.

The room is very comfortable, clean and hygienic, with a beautiful night view of the Civic Center. Mr. Chen at the front desk provides excellent service, and there is also Luckin Coffee on the first floor, which is very convenient. There are also many places to eat nearby.

Great experience and nice room, the location is very convenient in the center of Futian district. The staff is very friendly and mr. Chen was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was also very nice combining western and Asian options.
