the room met my expectations, it's good value for money. it was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first, you should enter at the entrance shown on the photo, take the elevator to the 8th floor, and find the reception office to the right hand side.

Beautiful views, excellent and very helpful. Accidentally left with their charging cables but they were nice enough to let me keep them. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Very clean comfortable beds.

The hotel has an excellent location, conveniently situated near the Shenzhen North metro station, making it easy to access transportation, sightseeing spots, dining, and shopping areas. The front desk service is particularly commendable—the front desk pretty girl was very friendly and efficient in handling both procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, a highly satisfying stay!

Basic and well equipped. A bit difficult to find as there is no clear signage, but great value for money overall.

It is not a usual hotel, it js a condominium. Location is good. Reception is at level 8. Hygiene is not good as expected. The lock is not functioning. I feel insecure when I see something look like CCTV in the bathroom. There are more than 20 floors in the building, and only 2 lifts are available.

Overall satisfied, but was a little bit disappointed that the kitchen was not usable. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk including Starbucks and McDonalds. Outlet shopping center with many brand names and a pharmacy. Would stay again.
