Initially we had difficulty to find the hotel as there isn't any signage of the hotel. We had to ask numerous times to get to the building. However after that it was very easy for us to move around the location & travel to different locations by metro. Attached is view from room showing train station & highway

the room met my expectations, it's good value for money. it was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first, you should enter at the entrance shown on the photo, take the elevator to the 8th floor, and find the reception office to the right hand side.

Beautiful views, excellent and very helpful. Accidentally left with their charging cables but they were nice enough to let me keep them. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Very clean comfortable beds.

The hotel has an excellent location, conveniently situated near the Shenzhen North metro station, making it easy to access transportation, sightseeing spots, dining, and shopping areas. The front desk service is particularly commendable—the front desk pretty girl was very friendly and efficient in handling both procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, a highly satisfying stay!

The hotel’s description on Trip.com is deceptive. It is not a regular hotel but a home stay operation instead in a residential building. As such it has no hotel sign on the outside of the building. It is very hard for even a local taxi to locate it.
