The hotel location is less than 10 mins walk from the airport,service by reception counter is effecient and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and many varieties of food to choose from.

Everything is okey. The price is a bit high compared to the facilities. However, it is acceptable due to the convenient location in the airport. Good breakfast.

That’s just a walking distance to departure hall. Good for morning flight

With a really late flight or long delay, the Hyatt House and Hyatt Place are perfectly situated within Shenzhen Bo'An Airport. Follow signs for exit gate 14 then ride up to the 3rd floor. Room service is open until 1am which is also very helpful. The staff is very kind and efficient. My room was large more like an apartment because I always prefer a bathtub. Breakfast was available but I slept thru--the bed is amazing and the black out curtains are adjustable. Only disheartening thing was an incredibly rude client. This man yelled at the attendant, snatched his laptop off the check in desk, stormed to the elevator and returned. And all the while, the security guard sat and watched but never intervened.

A second stay at the hotel only after 7 days Welcome procedure and service changed, maybe following the complaints at the first stay, which for me be confirmed by a room type upgrade to a suite. - the dinner still had a timing problem with 24 guests and a busy "open-visible" kitchen and the fact of CHINESE NEW YEAR eve. The location of the hotel is perfect and improved service will let me stay again next time

I enjoy staying a this hotel for easy of catching my next day flight the airport has many shops inside. Big room and the reception is fast checking the give you the disposable, Like tooth brush and so on Breakfast has a great choice for Chinese people and western food!

Hotel location good enough just beside airport , room was upgraded but same as I booked thru trip.com so I don’t know what room they upgraded for me haha but not a big matter

Easy to access from T3 airport. Friendly staff, very big and clean room. Too bad we arrived late about 2am in the morning and checked out at 10 am for the connection flight, should have stayed longer to enjoy. Breakfast is excellent.

Walking distance to Shenzhen Airport. Breakfast starts at 06:00 and choice of food is OK. The best thing is that hotel provided VIP card to access express security check for Business Classs.

The hotel was at Terminal 3 Shenzhen Airport. Just convenient for an overnight stay transit back to KL. I booked a family room coz traveling with a 16 years old teenage girl. Due to some technical issue the night shift staff was unable to convert the sofa bed and with a fast response he opened 1 extra room for me. The breakfast was pretty good and got choices for Asian. Will recommend for anyone who are in transit or stay overnight in Shenzhen Airport.

We check-in in the evening and wanted to go the swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance hence they allowed us to go to Hyatt Regency (nearby) for a swim. Facilities were great, there’s jacuzzi and steam room in the toilet, even a spinner for tmr swimming costume. Shan Shan was very helpful and gave us an upgrade of the room! Thank you for the good service! Will come again next time!
