Svar från boendet: 先生，經本店調查沒你説的這麼嚴重的情況，本店的設施是好的，衞生也是乾淨的。吹風機不能堵着來吹，特別是吹衣服之類的，容易自動保護，要過幾分鐘才能啟動。服務員大晚上頻繁拿東西給你也是及時的，沒有不樂意的，你在攜程三點退房，客房提前半小時對您進詢問，問您是否繼續住也是正常的，不知因何原因，你在入住期間，我們服務員也問過您，如果在入住期間有任何不滿意可幫你解決，硬 件有問題也給你升級，當時您都説正常，後面您在退房時表達了這麼多的訴求，也説明瞭本店的工作是沒做好，當時在入住期間我們的詢問可能還不夠用心，沒滿足到您的需求，深深對您表示歉意，希望 我們大家用好的心情來旅途，旅途會更美好！
