The service was pleasant. It's the best hotel nearby to stay for it's price. Room was clean enough and it has projector that you can connect to

I like this location as it’s near metro, train, and shops and street vendors. It’s also quiet, clean, good amenities and services.

The room is neat and tidy. The location is convenient for passengers to take trains at Shenzhen North Station. The receptionist is kind and helpful. When I asked how to make remotion control into function, he helped me as soon as possible.

The room is very small, hardly has space for luggage. Only has one washer, I had to stay up and wait for till after midnight at 1am to get the washer available to do laundry. The front desk and clean staff are friendly and informative. The room is fairly clean. The location is very hard to find and most taxes from Shenzhen North station donot go there as it is not far enough to go there. The map says about 20 minutes walking, it took us almost an hour to walk/get to there as no tax would take us to there, so if you are not able to walk for an hour or if you have luggage's, you might want to check out other options.

Got upgraded to a TV room but the room is not exactly sound proof. Basic necessities is all complete. Plenty of food nearby. But with luggage, the location is a bit far from subway but still manageable distance

The staff doesn't speak English, but they're very friendly. The hotel is located in a sort of building complex. There's plenty of cheap food nearby, as well as street food. The hotel was clean and there was very little noise.

It was cheap and worth for the money, and only problem was the ventilation.

設施：還行，可能因為酒店19年開業的，所以設施沒那麼新的，就是房間地板濕了水的話有點滑，房間內有膠拖鞋防滑 衞生：可以的，起碼沒看到廣東雙馬尾哈哈哈哈 環境：周邊很多吃的，酒店離地鐵800米左右吧，還是有點距離。 服務：態度熱情

性價比極高的一家酒店！離深圳北很近，第二天轉走剛剛好，附近外賣也很多，樓下很多吃的，交通方便 櫃枱人員熱情親切，房間整潔衞生設施齊全～總體住得非常舒服

想吐槽一下這拖鞋一開進門東倒西歪，還放門口處，就不能收納好麼，上段時間已經説過一次，很影響雅觀，房間衞生有許多其實還是可以做得更好的，有待加強，做生意不易還是打上5星，希望越來越好！

爸媽過深圳找朋友玩出去找酒店，外面下着小雨身上有點打濕，首先去了第一家，服務還算正常房間沒看上，第二家到了海琴灣，一進去前台打了招呼立馬遞上紙巾，當時我媽説特別的暖心，一個看似小小的動作，細心且温暖，當時就決定這了，進到房間也沒有失望，特別乾淨，房間不大但北站旁寸土寸金的地方這樣已很好了，媽媽説叫我必須給好評，那我當然得聽呀
