I was a wonderful stay with clean, spacious and unlimited movie channel, highly recommended and will come back again 😍😍 Staffs are very helpful too ☺️☺️

Reception service is good and responsive. Nice room and furniture's.

Big but dated Hotel We booked the Deluxe Family Suite for 2 nights Location: is good and convenient to reach all relevant areas in Shenzen easily Service: ok, very friendly and helpful. Apartment: looks great on the official pictures but is very dated in reality. Needs some serious renovation in most areas as well as for furniture and appliances. Beds were good and the matraces felt nice. Shower and bathrooms dated and quite old. Breakfast: would have had to pay 2 breakfast extra as we were 4 people but we chose not to do this, everything chinese style, nothing to remember or complain about but would not recommend booking breakfast. Mainly warm food, some milk and cereal but e.g. no western style breakfast on display at all. WiFi: not stable. Overall: we payed almost 1000 RMB/night which seems totally overpriced looking back and compared to other much better apartments we have stayed in recently around China. Sorry to say but overall kind of disappointing….and pricy…

The reception front desk is definitely much nicer than the rooms. This is another one of those apartments converted into a hotel. This is more like a US motel than a hotel but there is no concept of a model in China. Other than dated rooms, everything else is good. It is a very large 'room' for what I paid - which comprised of a living room and a bedroom.

Location is very well. But the decoration is old, colours are dark, and the lighting is not ennough. Maybe because of the colors it looks like this.. for the summary I enjoyed my travel too much.

We arrived after midnight and although the entrance and reception lights were dimmed, there was someone on reception. Check-in was quite smooth and fast but did not get our 2 rooms next to each other as requested, we put that down to checking in very late. When we open the door to our room, there was a small hallway and steps to the bathroom and bedroom, we were surprised as asked for an easy access room as my mother is in a wheelchair and has mobility issues. We spoke to reception about our room and they told us they did not received as request from my booking and they have no easy access rooms which was very disappointing. The rooms were nice and comfortable apart from the steps, there is a sink and either a cooking oven or sterilising oven in the hallway, we could not tell as there were no instructions either in Chinese or English, there was a wok burner but no pots/pans or cutlery, there was mini fridge located above the steps . The TV was connected to an IPTV box but was all in Chinese, there was no English instructions/guide to let you know what channels they had/what you could watch or how to access them. The WiFi joining instructions was all in Chinese and we were not able to access the WiFi as it needs your mobile number, the UK has 2 digit international dial code and 10 digit number (12 in total), when asked to put in your mobile number to received the WiFi confirmation link it only accepts 11 digits. The sliding doors to the outside private balcony (which has a washing machine) was not double glazed, so you hear the passing all night. In one room the bed was firm, but in our other room the bed was soft which is strange as you would think all the beds would be the same. The bathroom layout was also slightly different for both rooms, in one bathroom you could open the bathroom door and you could see/access the toilet straight away once inside you close the door and then you can see/access the bath/shower, in the other room it was the opposite way around. The breakfast on the ground floor was cheap compared to other hotels in the area but it was bland and had very limited choices i.e. just one fruit juice - orange which was diluted, one flavour yogurt - apple, plain congee which you add condiments to flavour it. If you want breakfast/lunch or dinner head towards Shopping Park metro station (10 mins walk) where there are Chinese and Western eateries right next to Coco Park and Link City. If you want cheap accommodation and to be walking distance from Coco Park, then the Sunflower Hotel and Residence Serviced Apartments fits the bill.

There reception and service staff are friendly. Location is not near a MTR hence quite abit of walk. Cleanliness is not good as we found stray hairs on the bedding, silverfish cocoons, and the the bathroom smells from the old drainage. Water pressure is not strong. Tv requires VIP subscription for most of the channels. The room space is good but the design is old and dated

This time we stayed in a duplex bedroom apartment. Our stay was wonderful.

I stay in this hotel several times already, this time i celebrate my wife birthday here, i enjoy the feeling here, feel like go home.

Booked by mistake. But I think good hotel. Nice reception stuff.

A bit different from pics shown, like not that much spacious. I was not expecting this low standard in such high price.
