Överträffade förväntningarna, rummet var extremt stort, rymligt och rent. Alla vitvaror finns tillgängliga, rummet är väldigt tyst och det är väldigt högt i tak. Det är ganska bekvämt, servicepersonalen i receptionen är mycket trevlig och platsen är också bra. En mycket trevlig upplevelse.

Great place for a family! The room is spacious and well maintained. It’s a serviced apartment so the room comes with pots, pans, cutlery, and all that you need including the washing machine. We stayed here for 4 nights in room 5203 after returning our apartment as we are relocating elsewhere, and the staff made sure we’re taken care of. I can’t praise the service team enough, from the front desk to the restaurant, as well as the cleaning team. They are excellent and very accommodating. What a great value for money for the service and comfort you receive.

firstly the room i lived was really makes comfortable, it this located in the mid-levels, And the receptionists : Tina and Arina was really nice services, it worth to come again!

This is my third time staying at the property, whose cleanliness and service has maintained since they changed names. Receptionists Tina and Gina were great, friendly, professional--they helped make my stay pleasant. I also rate the breakfast, which is mostly Chinese style, for the freshness of ingredients and also staff service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff Tina and Arina were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made check-in smooth and provided great recommendations for local spots. Their warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic visit. In addition, aspecial shoutout to the housekeeping ladies, who kept my room spotless and were always so polite and attentive. Their attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend!

Although we are very familiar with the Ascott, I was a super happy to have earned an upgrade! The two bedroom, two bath was everything. Private, clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen supplies, dishwasher, living/dining room, desk, wash/dry with a koi pond view off the balcony. I can't wait to host my family there.

The location was ideal, in that it was not far from major activities new SeaWorld. Amenities at the apartment was very good and appropriate. Cleaniliness inside bedside lamps were a little dirty, but otherwise the apartment was clean.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The service provided-from Tina and Wilson at the front desk, to the cleaners and bellman, to the restaurant-is top notch. Each time I visit the food at the buffet is getting better and better, and it was already excellent! The dinner and breakfast buffets are incredible, with something to satisfy every taste. The apartment (with my upgrade!) has everything one needs to have a relaxing, clean, lovely stay, and the proximity to all the Sea World attractions is fantastic. This is definitely my upscale hotel of choice, and when I have business in Shenzhen it is in my top two places to stay. Simply the best!
