I don't have enough words of appreciation to the staff. We had a terrible experience with the taxi driver that brought us from the airport. He was aggressive to us, yelled at us, punched the car and threw his phone just because alipay was not working due to the lack of phone/internet signal. Even, he closed us in the taxi and wasn't allowing us to leave. Finally, when my husband could, he ran for help at the reception to ask for help. The lady at the front desk was super quick and sorted out everything so fast. Also they got us a free taxi the following day. They were super helpful and caring. The hotel was really nice and clean, full of amenities. The price is super good. Really close to the airport and has convenience stores and restaurants right next to. So, I highly recommend this hotel, in particular the Japanese style room.

We were looking for a well reviewed budget hotel near the Shenzhen Bao'an Airport and opted for the Kai Nuoya due to the photos of the Japanese style tub room. The hotel is typical of budget hotels in the area. Very basic, no amenities to speak of and a so/so environment outside; but the staff are friendly and the room is comfortable and serves the purpose of an airport hotel. The Japanese room was cute, with a. big Japanese styie tub. There is a charming tea set and when you lower the blinds to reveal the snowy scene with deer, it gives you the feeling of a warm cup of tea in a Japanese winter! The one down side of the hotel is, as with most budget hotels in the area, there is no food or restaurant in the hotel and very little around. Come prepared with some snacks!

WiFi is only available for Chinese. The door lock of the first room was broken, so we changed the room. The bathroom is so visible that it is strange.

We booked Kai Nuoya hotels twice. I checked the price on Trip.com and found this hotel has the cheapest price. The room is clean, near the airport, receptionist numbers 5 was so helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel will take your to the Airport for free. I highly recommend this hotel.
