Located in a convenient area and easy access to Yan Nan Metro 🚇 (Exit C has lift and escalators whilst A is closer but has stairs only). Friendly staff. Lots restaurants around.

The air conditioning wasn't working in my room so the staff ended up changing my room. Unfortunately the new room is a smoking room so it wasn't the best with cigarette smell and burns around the room, but it was passable. Great service but rooms could use better maintenance. Overall experience is 4/5 as the staff was very accommodating.

Low reviews for location because the title in English misleads customers. This hotel is not at the high speed rail station itself. I made the mistake of booking it without checking specific details. It was right at 燕南 station which was 4 stops away from high speed rail station. When staying here, think HK standards where apartments way nicer in photos than real life. Room cleaning needs to be more thorough but for this price in SZ where things are as expensive as HK, can’t really ask for more. I would say ok for local tourists but international tourists take note.

It’s dirty, it’s shabby, there are packages with trash in the corridor, found cigarette butt inside the room. Washing machine is noisy and doesn’t show finish time. it’s very close to the metro station, but from the first sight you will never guess where is your hotel building. Because it’s not shown in the profile. Nobody speaks English, not a word. It’s just like ＜expectation/reality＞ kind of thing, but it’s true for many noname chinese hotels with reviews lower than 4.8. Cancelled the second night. If you found it for 60USD+ you better add a couple bucks and go find another place. But for about 30$ it may be a decent place
