The hotel is conveniently located near by subway station line 1 which is very convenient to travel to many tourist attractions. The front desk ladies are all very friendly and helpful, especially 里尤who is very polite, pleasant and willing to assist us whenever we needed. The room is spacious and beds are comfortable. One little suggestion, it would be very helpful for the guests if the hotel provides help with their guests’ luggages during arrival and departure.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. The staff were very nice. Our rooms were upgraded with late check out.

I stayed two nights. They said my room was not available when I checked-in in the morning and it's totally understandable. When I returned at around evening time, I would expect the room was properly cleaned. However, I could feel the floor was dusty as my sock turned into grey after few walks on the floor. Also my package said it included a can of beer in the fridge but I could never found that.

Rooms are clean and tidy, quite spacious, staff are very welcoming and friendly, I would recommend this place to all travellers 👍🏼
