Joy Holiday Hotel Shenzhen (Luohu Port Huangbeiling Subway Station) recensioner

I’m so disappointed with the hotel. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I stayed in a 5-floor hotel, but the 6th floor wasn’t even part of the hotel area. We could hear loud noises from the upper floors all day, and the hotel management couldn’t seem to do anything about it. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the breakfast was terrible. And don’t even get me started on the management. They were completely incompetent.

Generally it is pretty good. But there's no iron and ironing board available. Hope that can be changed.

This was a top 4 star Hotel. Everything was very average. The room was really good though and value for money. The location was okish. The food delivery was no doubt top class. The hotel surroundings doesnt appeal to me, not many shops and metro 10 mins away. I can not say this is a bad hotel. One thing to add was that it situated very close to Man Kam Du Port custom.

The hotel is not smoke-free. If I had know it's not smoke-free, it's unlikely for me to book with them. When my family and I enter the room, we can smell the cigarette smell left by previous travellers. The breakfast was very avarage, but it's normal considering this hotel got no stars. There was not enough lobby servicemen. I would not recommend this hotel if you take elderly people to visit Shenzhen, as you have to walk a crossroad bridge and hundreds meters to the nearest metro station. However, if you are a smoker, and don't have the issue of walking a specific long distance to the nearby transport station, then it's a good choice to stay in this hotel. A goodside about this hotel is quietness, as it is not in the city centre. The room is spacious, and should be a good choice for people who like parties and who don't mind indoor smoking.

buffet spread was supririsingly limited but all in all was a nice place.

The room was big and clean, the toilet was tidy. It takes ten minutes to walk from the metro station to the hotel. Not wheelchair friendly though. (小张）

The hotel is great. Service provided by ms Luo was excellent. Room is clean and quiet.

Overall it is good, but the location is far from the MTR station.

Location not convenient but the room is big enough. Can offer late check-out.
