DoubleTree by Hilton Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel & Residences recensioner

It was a girls trip so we booked 2 rooms ( one was a suite) . We loved the spacious bedrooms and also seating sofa as well as bar type high stool table for chit chatting in evening! Although location not prime near shopping centre but the nearby Nan Tou Old village streets was very fun ( coffee, arts, culture history ) filled with young people and families. Also nearby 中山 Park to walk around . Just next to hotel is a flower “ market” with interesting shops ! Hotel welcome by Bruce was wonderful sincere and professional! The chocolate cookie and extra bottles of in room water always an extra touch ! Expensive hotels forget these small gestures which goes a long way Late check out was very appreciated as we had a lot of shopping luggage . Will stay again as value for money 👍🏼 Breakfast good, especially window view, bright rooms and attentive staff 🙏🏼 Thank you

The view from the hotel room is good and the room is tidy and clean.

There are a fair amount of food choices, the gym provides sufficient equipment and a nice pool. The room was nice and clean, overall, a good place to stay.

Very warm , very thoughtful service . As we have three elders aged 80,85,88. They are not in good movement. The boy at the reception counter doing us very smooth, thoughtful check in

Everything is good. Suggestions for improvement will be the lack of robot to send the food delivery directly to the room.

Very good staying experience. Interior and design is very nice. The location is a bit far away but I’ll still choose to stay again next time. The cookie at reception is very nice

Great staff and service! From front desk to concierge to cleaning staff, everyone at the hotel was friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet, while not the biggest, it’s got a nice selection of freshly made food. Will stay there again in the future.

Short stay for the family, very friendly and enjoyable. Breakfast was great. Only comment, the sound proofing from the above floor wasn’t good, the room above was partying loudly until late at night like 11:30pm, had to call the hotel concierge to complaining about the noise but they couldn’t find the source. Not much help.

Very good and relaxing environment. And the staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. Really nice holiday experience. Surely will come back again.

Clean but not very good location. Services is also not very good.
