Raffles Shenzhen

I had a fantastic stay at Raffles Shenzhen with my family for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable, brought out my birthday cake at just the right moment and even surprised me with a complimentary Singapore Sling. Special thanks to Naomi at the receiving counter, who greeted us as soon as we arrived and took care of our luggage before we even checked in, and to Minnie at check-in, who recommended and booked a fantastic restaurant for our first lunch. The team at the Long Bar on level 71 were outstanding, handling the cake and making the celebration memorable. The pool and sauna were immaculate, everything was well organized, and our room offered an incredible view of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park. Every detail, from the attentive service to the luxurious facilities, made this a truly unforgettable experience.

Great 5 star place. The breakfast was good ; and I loved the restaurant on the 70th floor.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Leon and Frieda from the Butler team for their exceptional service. We felt welcomed from the start, and our two-day stay was incredibly enjoyable. The hotel's facilities are pristine, though I noticed the concierge team might be understaffed. I'd like to apologize to the Chief Concierge for forgetting to return a beautiful lighter. Despite this, our experience was fantastic. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and making our stay memorable.
