Thank you very much for the extraordinary warm and efficient check-in service assisted by 謝小姐 at Front Desk. This is a very impressive experience as she is not simply doing paper work procedures, but could look into guest’s special needs as well, which made guest feeling warm and unforgettable. I believe 謝小姐 is a great asset to your hotel and has potential to further develop her career in customer service area. Overnight time, a Front Desk Staff 小明 is very helpful too, answered our enquiries in very details.
Breakfast food items is good as plenty varieties of food to choose from, however i was disappointed by the food temperature as most of them not hot, not even warm, then I noticed most of the food items were served on the buffet food table without heat burner underneath to keep the food temperature. Even the soup and congee were served in big heating boiling bowl, they were cold indeed. ( I had my breakfast at 11am, hotel breakfast is ended at 12:00). I would recommend the Hotel could look into this area, although i like those breakfast items, food temperature would stop me visiting the restaurant again.
