Love the big tub! The buffet breakfast has a lot of choices. A lot of entertainment for the kids just around the hotel.

We arrived at hotel at 3pm for check in but staff called only around 5:15pm for check in. We were suppose to be able to check in at 3:30pm. Cleaniness not upto a 5 star hotel standard. Hair still on floor and stain around bathroom. Breakfast buffet is good and fresh.

We stayed in 1705 and it was great. Good views and great service. Doris was particularly helpful.

They have good service, the front desk members (Noah, Tiny,and Evelyn) are nice. Nicole (not front desk, a service member passby) spoke fluent Cantonese and helped us with communication.

A wonderful stay here, with a shopping mall nearby which is very convenient. Staff here is so nice and helpful, especially the front desk staff Aaron. Surely will come back again

Family trip with my five y o boy. Got a package from trip with buffet dinner, breakfast, baking class, access to kids club, collection tour. Nice spacious room. Helpful staff.

One of the best hotel experience in Shenzhen. Very well decorated property with good attention to detail. I really liked the fancy speaker with soundproof room, so you can really rock n roll in your room. You can also get a free rental of electric guitar with headphone. Special shoutout to Cathy and other staff who were very accommodating to our needs.
