Everything is good, the hotel environment, hotel services, and surrounding environment are impeccable. What impressed me the most is Chaya's professionalism. I know that in China, I need to use Chinese software to do anything conveniently, but I don't know how to download and use it. She teaches me and answers my questions every time patiently and enthusiastically, which is really great experience.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast is fine. But it is a bit far away from the shopping mall. It takes 15 min walk from the nearby dining place (shopping mall)

I have been traveling so many places and stayed in many hotels, but your hotel service was great specially by Annie Fu. Thank you for her the warm hospitality and sincerity service. She was very dedicated and hard worker. I had received her call before I arrival to make the room agreement and during I stay her service was always there. I had shared this wonderful stay experience to all of my friends.
