A flawless stay from start to finish! The room was spotless, and the housekeeping team deserves applause for their attention to detail—they even replenished amenities twice daily. The 24-hour gym kept us energized, and the laundry room’s user-friendly system saved us time. Breakfast offered everything from fluffy pancakes to savory congee. Diana at reception went above and beyond, remembering our preferences and surprising us with a room upgrade. Service doesn’t get better than this!

Staff are all very friendly, especially Tina at check in. Room service Ayi is very helpful & didn’t mind making a few runs, offered us kids’ slippers, toothbrush and extra towels when she saw our kids. Beds are clean and comfy, wish they’re a bit bigger then it would be perfect! Location is good, walking distance to Raffles and lots of restaurants close by. Will return!

Very good stay together with my father. There’s laundry room with dryers and they already provide the laundry detergent as well. Food was good. Location is also good.

Location: Close to 2 MTR lines (another 1 5-10 more min walks away) Area: Quiet area yet close enough for easy access of all business and family travel requirements Room is clean and service is great. Will recommend to friends and families.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to get around, Sea World and ferris wheel are within half an hour by car. Staff were very friendly and kind, especially Betty at the front desk.

Nice and comfy room, hotel staff were friendly. Location was good, 30min drive to airport. Breakfast choice was not too much but good enough for a healthy breakfast.
