Moxy Shenzhen North Station recensioner

This hotel is a part of the Marriot group. I stayed at Moxy for 2 nights over the weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful even though there was a slight language barrier. The hotel had a young vibe with a large common area at the reception with a snooker table, darts board and sit outs which are meant for socialisation. The gym had basic weights, treadmill and a boxing bag amongst other equipments. The room was clean. The only downside was I didn’t get marriot bonvoy points since I booked on trip.com

Excellent location, comfortable bed and nice breakfast. Good for family with kids.

Everything is ok la. Well located. Room too small. Reception can speak both Cantonese and English which is good.

Excellent location, clean and compact room. Very warm front desk staff especially Ms Matalie, her cheerful and helpful attitude really makes the stay very pleasant indeed

caylin service is very good. The location also very easy to reach.

Housekeeping was superb. Clean room everday. Location is unbeatable. However, frint desk (Cici) was cold and lacks customer servicr. We were unsure if she was ready to serve/check us in bevause she was looking as the screen the whole time and avoids eye contact too. She also has a difficult time conversing in English ane makes little effort to communicate in English so guests have to adjust which is odd since Mocy is an international hotel brand. Apart from this, was good and we’ve enjoyed our stay
