very good price to value. All amenities updated and kind of simple luxury. Rain from front desk has been very helpful and polite.Will definitely come back. Lots of shops , restaurants and mall near by

The room and lobby were very new and clean. We booked the room with 2 beds( each one was 1.35m), and it also had two working desks which was great if you are sharing room with friends. The room was spacious with large toilet . Shower and toilet are separated which was perfect. Water pressure in our room was normal , yet my friend ‘s room next door had very weak water pressure for shower. Our room has a beautiful view of the Qianhai CND area, as well as the Ferris wheel in the far distance. Overall we were very pleased with this hotel and definitely would stay here again next time.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The facilities are amazing and modern, the gym has two locations on different floors, and there’s a laundry room for self service. The breakfast is continental and Chinese style, delicious.

Location is super convenient being on top of the subway station. Breakfast were great with good variety of Chinese and Western foods. The front desk manager Derik and his team were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I dropped my cell phone in the way to breakfast. The staff picked it up and I reclaimed the cell phone within 30 minutes. Really appreciate the efficiency. The gym located in the mid floors are quite nicely equipped. Very convenient for a workout before bed. Though the charging ports located at Basement Car Park are slow. Charging speed was only 3KW rather than the usual 6.3 KW. EV users need to bear this in mind and need to locate alternative quick charging stations as fall back measure. Overall experience is very good.

The hotel overall is fantastic. It is near MTR station and shopping malls.

It's already our third stayed in the Genpla hotel. It's again a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed a lot. Loved the quietness and cleaniness in the room. Will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

it was an amazing experience staying in the genpla hotel. all the staffs are very friendly, helpful. the place is very new, clean and spacious. the house keeping even wrote me a personal note and gave me extra pencils and paper because i asked for one more pencil once. They are very thoughtful, the service is way better than the 5 stars international hotels. the hotel is also close to a mall and mtr. very convenient. i highly recommend to friends and everyone!

So far so good! The A.I machine inside the room is quite good which can be further improved if it can also control the T.V. Shall visit again and refer to frients

Very good and new hotel. The breakfast was also delicious. Good location, near the metro and department store. We had a pleasant stay here.
