Location wasn’t very convenient, room was quite small compared to images & toilet wasn’t very convenient as it didn’t have places to hang clothes for showering.

Good location near Line 12 metro. However the area lacks convenient stores with closest one about 10 minutes walk from hotel. Learnt there were no rooms upon late arrival, appreciated front desk staff’s assistance in getting me a room. Room is tidy with basic amenities, would perhaps be better with wardrobe. Breakfast included was good. Good value for money and recommended.

Hotel is quite isolated, not much food choices around, have to walk to XingAn metro station for food. Near to Tongle South metro, Room with balcony is great

我差不多每年都在大陸辨事和旅遊，今2个月內住5次此酒店！為什麼？前台服務員有禮有文化，明白客人要求，有如此員工，那怕客人不回頭！加上清潔服務員每天用心打掃房間，令我每日回房像自己家一樣！ 記得我第一次入住去洗衣房不會用掃碼付款，前台小哥小李代我俾乾衣機錢！真多謝！可惜我第二次住！他離職了！老板又失去一個好員工也！ 一句講晒！我明年還會回來住呀！ 各位前台服務員和房間服務員！ 明年見！

第一次住這麼失望的酒店，雖然是昨天才預訂的房，但真心不會再住這家啦，附近沒有商場也沒有餐廳也算了，晚上8點左右到酒店，然後職員跟我說房間還沒有整理好房間，最快要一個小時左右才有人整理，然後等到9點多再去問，職員說最近人手不夠還是什麼布草用的快，所以擔誤了，最遲要零晨12點布草才回，才可以整理好房間住，說真的這體驗很差，從8點左右等到既晚上11點才正式整理好房間，然後這幾個小時在附近又沒什麼設施可以逛，最後，睡的很差，樓上冲水聲很大，對個人來說嚴重影響睡眠質素，失眠了一夜
