Dream Park Hotel (Nantou Ancient City Subway Station, Nanshan Science and Technology Park) recensioner

Overall, the space was moderately clean, though there were some dirty spots on the floor. There are two pairs of rubber slippers and two pairs of white disposable ones. The central AC unit works well. The second floor, where the bedroom is located, has a low ceiling. Be careful going up the stairs at night. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows could be softer. The bathroom door is very thin and has gaps at the sides. No tea bags are provided. There is a small fridge and a washing machine, but no wardrobe for clothes. The towels are fresh. The Wi-Fi provides good connection. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the theater, swimming pool, and a great bar, LA CABANA, the subway station is also there. Nearby, there is an ancient town and a park.

Very good location, room is clean enough and tidy enough, service is good as well, really not much complaints

The place is near Nantou Ancient Town and also near the Nantou metro station. Food is not an issue as there are many Chinese restaurants nearby. The room is nice and big, and they include a washing machine and a mini fridge in it but you need to get your own washing detergent if one wants to wash your laundry.

It was a 2D1N stay with my friend. We planned to visit the Shenzhen-Futian Area on the first day, and the Shenzhen-Nanshan Area on the next day after checking out the hotel. The place I stayed was cheap and clean, walking distance of the Park. Highly recommend ordering a takeaway of the fire rice noodles nearby (properly just simply set on the street at night). Location is right opposite the Nantou Ancient Town and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The duplex units are nice with the washer.

I love the hotel because it has two floors and it has a cute little kitchen and I love the bed because it looks like a queen size bed and I love the TV as well. I like the hotel name as well it is cool

LClean, comfortable, and convenient. Our stay met all the basics, but lacked a 'wow' factor. Would recommend for a no-frills overnight.

Very great experience with be RT friendly front door, I live at Hong Kong and the hotel price there is very high . Here I got cheap price with good hotel environment, the spot is near the MTR station and the sleeping quality is great as it is quiet at night . I will book this hotel again .

Stayed here for one week while on a business trip. I really liked it. Great service and the cleaning staff was always fast and efficient. Several times I didn’t request my room to be cleaned and they insisted to clean it for me! Nice stay here.

Upon arrival, I discovered several discrepancies with the hotel's description. Despite claiming to offer non-smoking rooms, none were available. My room wasn't ready at the designated check-in time, and I had to wait 30 minutes. The room I was initially assigned reeked of cigarette smoke, prompting me to request a change. In the new room, I encountered a broken drying line, which I reported to room service. Although they took photos and claimed to notify management, the issue was never resolved. Additionally, the promised washing detergent was not provided, and the kitchen was empty, rendering it unusable. The bathroom lacked a light above the mirror, making it difficult to apply makeup. Room service is only available if the sign is displayed outside the door; otherwise, no service is provided. Given the small toilet paper rolls, which often empty in a day, this policy can be particularly inconvenient.

Clean room, nice and friendly staff. The rooms is cosy. Good price. Who wanna stay in Nanshan area, definitely I recommend this place

Very nice hotel. Stay here after a long flight and had a good sleep. Clean and very comfortable, the also provide laundry machine.
