Burlington Berties

We stayed here for two nights and we cannot fault the hotel. From the very warm welcome to the great rooms. We stayed in the Aldwych - spotlessly clean and well equipped. Excellent breakfast too, all cooked to order. Good size car park and plenty of space on the road too.

This boutique hotel has got everything just right! Joanna & Sally have created a perfect venue for a short break in North Norfolk. The rooms are so comfortable & just like ‘home from home’ Everyone works so hard to make you feel welcome & chef Matt produces a fabulous range of food for breakfast & dinner. We will return! We were greeted and invited into a beautiful lounge with a big comfy sofa and chairs in front of an open fire. Drinks were served, and our orders were taken for Sunday dinner. When our starters were ready, we were taken into a lovely dining area where we had a delicious Sunday roast (our party had pork with amazing crisp crackling and beautifully tender beef). The service was efficient and friendly, and the food was delicious. After dinner, we had not quite finished our bottle of wine and retreated to the longe to finish it at our leisure. A wonderful Sunday lunch experience.

We’ve been going to Burlington Bertie’s for meals some time now, it’s an absolute jewel in the crown for food, Sally and Joanne and Staff are excellent hosts. Food is outstanding, great choice of wine and the North42 gin which they produce is delicious… it definitely a must to try.

Just returned from Burlington Berties.a small boutique hotel.It is walking distance from shops and beach. The hotel is comfortable with very friendly owners and staff. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. Matt is a great chef.Lots of local produce. Booked another stay

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel - our room was extremely comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were both very good, with a wide choice of cooked breakfasts and excellent dinner menu. Friendly welcome and support throughout our stay. Within easy walking distance of Sheringham town centre and good base to explore the delights of North Norfolk. Would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely welcome and a amazing stay .The staff was great .The room was amazing and the breakfast was great . Was a lovely room and shower was amazing . Great views from room and couldn't hear any noise. The bed was very comfy and the room was warm .would recommend .

North at Burlington Bertie. My wife found this little gem or a restaurant more upmarket from the other establishments in town but about the same price as others. Two youngsters running the hotel and restaurant. Food brilliant and an open kitchen. Table service spot on, suggestions given for food and some drinks. Well done you two for putting it altogether and getting it right. Looking forward to booking a stay another time

My partner and I have just spent a wonderful three nights at BBerties. It has been a most memorable time in such a beautiful hotel. Spotless throughout and the room was of the highest spec and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfasts were exceptional and freshly cooked to order.. We had an evening meal and it was out of this world and we can honestly say the best meal we've ever eaten. Credit to Sally and Joanna they've done a first class job throughout the hotel and it oozes quality and luxury. Also thank you to Sophie, Matt and Sam. A very friendly relaxing hotel. We enjoyed it so much we are booking in again for next year.
