Graham ,Mandy and the team welcome you to Smugglers Accommodations and Luxury Apartments (formerly the Lobster) in Sheringham, just minutes from the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
Luxury accommodations to suit all, ground floor rooms, self-catering cottages with full English breakfast served daily at the Oddfellows Hall opposite.
Guests at Smugglers luxury B&B will be able to enjoy activities in and around Sheringham, cycling, walking, golfing, fishing, bird watching, or simply browsing the local shops.
All of Smugglers accommodations is completely dog friendly, as is most of the town. Perfect for dog walking and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants that allow your dog to come too.
Sheringham Park, part of the National Trust, is less than a mile away, and there are plenty of other historic and beautiful places to visit.

Sheringham is a lovely seaside town on the stunning North Norfolk coast, but it isn't overly-blessed with quality, short stay, hotel-style accommodation. However, the Lobster is an ideal place to stay for a weekend break. This pub-with-rooms is comfortable and cosy and locted in the town centre, so there's easy access to all Sheringham has to offer, including the wonderful shoreline. I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment. Oh, and the poached eggs on brown toast for breakfast was great!

DO NOT STAY Hotel all updated and presentable however all staff leave at night so there is a reliance on other guests behaving respectfully. Well if no one is on site and volumes is of people can access rooms, then guests can bring extra in and play disco music till the early hours, surely a breach of H&S! Staff are apologetic the next day but it’s a night of you break ruined!! When you request to leave and have a refund for the remaining night. Managers, who are informing staff on a regular basis, fail to give a straightforward answer as it is their day off but will call you!! Still waiting. Stay somewhere safer and enjoy your break.

Lovely pub with rooms close to the sea front. Very polite and helpful staff. Our room was really comfortable and a good size. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Very clean and tidy and well presented on arrival. Good breakfast served each morning.

I really enjoyed staying at the Lobster. My room had everything I could possibly need and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff were all very friendly and extremely efficient. I would happily stay there again.

Excellent stay in a beautiful room and perfect location. Lovely breakfast included. Super friendly staff. Would happily return. Two adults and two teenagers were more than comfortable. We had room 7 which was amazing. Even had a Nintendo and a coffee machine!

Delicious food and superb service! Special mention must go to Jenna who is outstanding! She is so personable and cannot do enough for customers. She knows the information about every item on the menu! Sorry - no pressure Jenna!!! Thanks for a lovely meal!

I came to visit my family so they booked a table. We arrived and were seated on a small table with not a lot of room. Sharing platter ordered, the garlic bread was cheap white sliced bread with a small amount of garlic butter on and was limp. My steak arrived and it was inedible, so much fat that I was unable to eat it. The waiter agreed and got me another steak but the rest of the party had nearly finished their meals. This steak was better, but still not great. The waiting staff were poorly dressed with cargo trousers and hoodies on. Our table was left uncleared for a long time after we had finished our meal. We then went to order desserts and 3 out of the 5 were unavailable. All of our party were very disappointed and shocked at how expensive it was for the quality of food.

Called here yesterday, as we had decided to try the breakfast. So glad we did, it consisted of 2 bacon,2 sausages,2 eggs, 2 hash browns, grilled tomato, baked beans and toast, all for £8.50. Everything was cooked well, tasted great, and the food was all hot. We could have washed it down with a pint, as it was 10am, but on this occasion chose not to. We will be bac

Amazing refurbishment, great staff, and very friendly. Also, pet friendly and a nice breakfast 😋 well done ! I am sure that they have turned the lobster around ! Very clean and loved the SNES console it has made a retro feel in a modern environment
