It Was not worthy of 100$ hotel .very small low amenities.its charge you 5 star rate but service you will get 2 star. I have to take my own bags in room. and provide products are not that standard.

A beautiful gem of a facility in Shillong. The facilities and quality of hospitality are outstanding. Greatly impressed by the training of staff, their promptness, and natural flair. A property that has all the makings of continued success.

We had a wonderful stay at Marriott Shillong! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and close to all the main markets. The staff were polite and thoughtful, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job. We had a room with beautiful views, and the buffet spread was amazing every day, with a great mix of local and continental dishes. A special touch we really appreciated was the live flute performance during breakfast—such a peaceful start to the day. A huge shoutout to Ban, our driver throughout the trip! He’s not just great at what he does—he’s lively, kind, and genuinely made our sightseeing experience so much more fun and memorable. He drove safely, chose scenic routes, took care of my motion sickness, and clicked some of the best photos and videos for us and even bought us Khasi good to try, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. We are so grateful to him for making our trip so memorable. The only downside we experienced was that the restaurant's cleanliness could definitely be improved. We noticed the crumbs were often wiped off the table directly onto the chairs, and we had to request proper cleaning every day, which was disappointing for a Marriott property. That aside, it was an overall amazing experience, and we’d definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re lucky enough to have Ban as your local host!

Best of Meghalaya, very nice and modern hotel. Excellent rooms and great service. Was a pleasure to stay there and enjoy the travel around shillong using this as a base. Kelly and her team are excellent. Warm and welcoming and efficient. Restaurant is good but can do with a little improvement. Staff is smiling gentle and ever ready.

We stayed at Courtyard Marriott in Shillong for 4 days with family and had a really good experience. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the location is great—just a short walk from Police Bazaar. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The hotel has a good swimming pool, a functional gym, and a lovely play area that kept my toddler happily occupied. We had almost all our meals at the hotel. The food was good with enough variety to keep everyone satisfied. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful—special thanks to Kalpesh, Tulasi, Jyoti, Sony, and others whose names I may have forgotten. They always served us with a smile, even when the restaurant was full and they were really busy. Housekeeping did a great job and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. In-room dining was quick and prompt as well. No complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shillong

Our experience at Courtyard Shillong was simply wonderful. The staff are courteous and friendly. Location is excellent, in the city center. Gives visitors a feel of the buzz of the town, especially in the evenings. We found security to be top notch. The room is spacious and we'll equipped. Sufficient replenishment of drinking water and tea/coffee. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and got to sample local cuisine as well. Sleep quality was excellent and there was hardly any street noise. Definitely the best option currently in Shillong, we look forward to coming back again.

It was such a pleasure staying with you for four nights. The staffs in the hotel received us and connected with us soo very well. Team housekeeping was soo good in ensuring that every time we returned to a welcoming home!!! The restaurant was just the best with the team really competing with each others to serve and support us. A lot of food suggestions, information made the stay so memorable!! At times we visited the Resturant just to meet this folks at the restaurant! . Well done team Courtyard !! Thanks a lot !!! My friend and I went for spa and it was amazing, the spa section is clean and very comfortable, attendants were coteous and professional.. I definitely recommend to everyone to visit and get best treatment here, especially the spa section. I would go back and will surely visit again.😌
