Location is high on hill and reaching there through car is very dangerous through narrow road via Jaku temple. Since the parking is small they keep your keys and their driver will ruin your car. They banged by new car from both sides in their own parking. Hotel is not near mall road or lakkad bazar, you will have to walk steap hills for up and down. Too tiring and when elder people it is very difficult.

It’s a small and beautiful hotel with well behaved staff. The food in the hotel is superb. It’s little challenging to reach the hotel but the view is worth it. The a steep inclined from the Ridge. The easiest way to reach the hotel is through Jhaku road. Do not rely on Google maps, reach the hotel with the help of hotel staff.

The hotel has a very steep and tiring access from Mall Road, making it inconvenient for travelers. There is no lift inside hotel, which adds to the difficulty. The rooms are very basic and small, lacking even essential amenities like a hanger in the bathroom. Given the ₹4,000 per night price, the facilities feel extremely overpriced. The 4-star rating seems highly misleading, and it’s disappointing that such ratings misguide travelers.

It's very hard to reach the property by car. The staff are helpful and well behaved. Need more variety in food items.

I did not complete the booking. I did not stay in the hotel. I informed hotel by phone on 18th. I informed mmt by mail when I got the bill.
Inspite of all this I am being sent sms to pay !

After searching hotels on mmt i found this hotel, after going through the reviews and ratings of other quest i decided to book the room. Location of hotel is near to lakkar bazar. Room is spacious and clean, services are good.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 2 days. Room & washroom were exceptionally clean. Geyser and heater were working very well. Quality of bed, linen, furniture all were very good. Location is close to mall road but an extremely stiff climb which will be difficult for most people who are not supremely fit physically. There are many steps to climb in the hotel itself where there is no lift. View: mall road and valley below is visible partly but in our room a big tree obstructed what would have been a great place to watch sunset. Restaurant: is available as also food ordered by room service but we ate in the several restaurants in mall road like chopsticks, alfa, book cafe etc, so cannot comment on food quality. Service: of personnel is nice and responsive. We asked for mattress, they provided folding bed with all bedding & blanket. Overall excellent hotel but the steep climb is a dampener.
