I was disappointed with the whole experience.
To reach the hotel, we had to navigate a long, poorly lit, and narrow road that felt extremely unsafe at night. It was a nerve-wracking journey each time we went out and came back – not at all the relaxing or convenient access you’d expect for a hotel.
First, the room was far from what I expected based on the photos. It was small and had an unpleasant musty smell. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the sheets had noticeable stains. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the corners of the shower,the soap and shampoo pumps were not in working condition and the towels looked worn and brown in colour (they were white towels)
Dining experience wasn't great at all either as the options were limited.
Overall, between the terrifying access road and the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in regenta uts very beautiful property nice view from room balcony They have revolving restaurant with live music every evening thats very unique thing View from the restaurant is fabulous foid is very delicious staff is very cooperative helpful specially front office team Ms. Neelam and team Specially thanks to Mr. Bhupinder

The resort is well located and full valley view. The house keeping, restaurant, ambience and team based is well supportive and cooperative. They also have a well trained and good gesture. A must recommended property for stay in shimla. 10/10

Its a beautiful property I have stayed at Regenta Hotel this was on the top of the hill the staff was very nice miss Ritika Miss Jyoti and Mr Narayan and Mr Vishal was very helpful and polite they all help me very much all the staff was very nice the food was very nice and delicious there 360 revolving restaurant is also amazing I really like the services the rooms were clean and comfortable very nice hotel

Ihad a truly amazing stay at hotel regenta chakkar shimla the property is beautiful well maintained and perfectly located for peaceful the room are cossy well cleaned view from the room are fabulous and can see full view from rooms and the staff was well trained and helpful Ms Jyoti Ms Ritika Mr Narain we mostly interact with them really Nice

Regenta hilltop Shimla is a very good property in shimla if you are planning to come to visit shimla i will definitely recommend this place very nice property the view from are room was unforgettable and amazing the staff was very helpful Ms Jyoti Ms Ritika were amazing their we will visit again

Excellent hospitality, good food wonderful view. Staff is very cooperative and helpful driving was an issue for me as I was traveling first time to hill station but once we reach on a top entire family says wow and the same wow maintained by the staff till checkout. Highly recommend

Must visit regenta hilltop shimla sauch a wonderful property..... A hotel from where you can explore entire shimla as hotel is located on the top of the hill. From my window we can see entire shimla. From front office we enjoy the view of shimla airport strip. Also can see shimla toy train. Wonderful hotel with well trained and helpful staff. Tasty food excellent service. Special thanks to general manager Mr. Bhupeder Sharma for their support and handling a good team.

It was my first stay at regenta Shimla I really like this place the location is perfect it is a very peaceful place the staff is helpful and humble MS Ritika was very nice their I like her behaviour the food was very delicious Anil is very nice with us their beautiful stay
