Very very close to the station & rope railway, a little shopping mall nearby. Walkable distance to AEON. The room is spacious with needed amenities. The pillows with buckwheat another side, very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast provided, tasteful pumpkin bread with drip coffee or tea. Highly recommended for a short stay if Onsen not required.

Excellent location being just in front of the train station. Within walking distance to the main tourist attractions, and the bus station for buses going to the beach is just in front of the hotel. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. Mc Donald’s is just next door.  Room was spacious and clean. Well equipped with all the amenities required.  Staff were efficient, friendly and could speak basic English. Breakfast served was basic but excellent.  Definitely highly recommended hotel.

Staffs are very good and friendly, room is tidy, and breakfast is good.

The hotel was conveniently located across the street from both the train and bus stations. The room was large and well maintained. The staff were friendly. I would like to thank the lady that was working the front desk on the afternoon of 8/6/2024. She helped me a book a reservation for scuba diving at the Shimoda Floating Aquarium. My Japanese is still very low level so I was having trouble doing it on my own. Highly recommend.

Comfortable room with everything we need. Just opposite train station. There is a supermarket and Daiso nearby. Simple breakfast is great, will stay again.

酒店就在JR和巴士車站旁邊，帶長者出行非常方便，酒店會有免費早餐哦，超出預期，坐在靠窗的座位，看着外面的風景很愜意

交通非常便利，在巴士班次較少的下田，住在下田站附近還是很有必要的。去爪木崎，白濱海岸還有石廊崎都是非常便利的。 會提供免費的早飯，有咖啡橙汁和麪包。 前台工作人員非常耐心細心，我護照落下了替我收好了，不然沒有護照真是個**煩。 非常感謝！

這家酒店的地理位置極佳，就在電車站對面，離公交站很近，出行方便。房間是我住過的日本酒店中最大的，而且有免費的簡易早餐。雖然房間的設施有點舊的感覺，但衞生不錯，酒店雖然沒有洗衣設備，但離酒店走路五分鐘有洗衣店也能解決，總之來下田玩住馬賽酒店很不錯。

離伊豆急下田駅只需半分鐘路程！酒店有些歷史，裝修和設施等比較舊，但衛生良好，員工也是上年紀的，有禮親切。房間比市區的大，打開兩個大喼仍有空間，雪櫃附設設冰箱，絕對可以買雪糕回酒店！樓下就是麥當勞，附近有食肆和小型百貨公司，步行到下田公園大約10-15分鐘路程，推薦！

酒店離車站很近，樓下還有24小時的羅森！房間很乾凈整潔！前台服務很好，能晚上10點多入住，早上七點半到九點會有免費的早餐，早上去河津看櫻花特別合適（因為其他酒店入住時間卡的比較死，所以選擇了這個

酒店距離下田站很近，就在車站對面，公交車站也在附近，出行非常便利，早上提供簡餐，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員也很友好。性價比超高的酒店！

這個酒店是因為臨時改了行程匆忙訂的，沒想到挺不錯的，位置非常好，就是車站旁邊，去哪裡都方便，而且周邊的餐飲也多。 海邊酒店雖好，但行動受制於酒店的穿梭巴士，打的都打不到。店員禮貌友善，有簡單的早餐。房間在日本算大的，價格非常美麗，如果以後再去下田我可能會再次選擇這家酒店
