Room is so spacious. Many activities to do. Should at least stay 2 nights. The minamina beach is awesome. Breakfast is a bit hectic. The room has no AC during winter.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable . Very nice ski experience.

First time travelling with my baby boy and the experience at The Risonare was wonderful. Full of fun activities, beautiful environment. The view was spectacular , my husband and I even got some time to pamper ourselves . Our room was spacious but the living room and corridor was quite old though. Given the price of our room, this is the only one thing we didn’t enjoy so much .

The entire experience was fantastic! From the hospitality of the service staff to the attention to details, the entire experience was impeccable and really made our stay a memorable one. Will be back again definitely.

5 stars service, nice views and food

If you have budget , would recommend to stay here. Large room with nice view and sauna and jacuzzi. Very suitable for family and ski lovers, where you can go anywhere by skiing.Recommend to have breakfast at SORA

套房非常大，浴室有兩個門，靠客廳的門推拉開後是個大的按摩浴缸，還有一個單獨的淋浴房一個桑拿房，有兩個洗手池，另一個門是靠兩個卧室的，卧室邊上是單獨的衞生間，裏面也有洗手池，卧室一大一小，大間的兩張大床，小間的是兩張單人床，都有窗户，適合家庭和幾個朋友一起來玩的，自助早餐的餐廳有幾個選擇，喜歡天空之城的日式早餐和GRILLED·AGI，都在高層，能看到整個度假村和雪道，很美！下次再來還住這裏

實在太難忘的家庭旅行！ 房間外的雪景非常優美！ 房間寬敞，客廳，洗手間，大浴缸，桑拿應有盡有！ 度假村裏的餐飲和酒店裏的餐飲也很好吃和美味！ Ski in ski out resort 非常適合我們一家大小！

總體感受 不值得這個價格的度假村 國人佔70% 感覺應該在國內做了很多營銷 我自己感覺被騙了一樣 優點 房間很大 微笑泳池小朋友很喜歡 風景也還可以（但是北海道任何一個雪場都有這樣的風景） 缺點：設施非常老舊 國內招待所水平 食物60分不難吃也不好吃 還有一點就是 我們定了兩個房間4位 實際我們去了4加2個8歲小朋友 我們在札幌也是兩間房我給了6個護照 沒有另外加費用 到了這裏也是給了6個護照多收了三個晚上收了15000人民幣的費用 其實我覺得給4個護照也沒人管的 去微笑海灘 愛絲小鎮 山頂纜車 都可以另外自己買票 這個就看個人了三個晚上兩個小孩收了15000人民幣有點肉疼

酒店年齡實在太大了，房型也不是特別合理，浴缸娃們喜歡，好在人相對少，比較安靜，不像塔娃鬧哄哄的頭大，公區出片，來星野重點是活動

第二次來這裏，這次是帶着孩子和長者。 大自然的包圍，原生態爆棚。這次預訂risonare ，服務和設施都是頂的。森林餐廳晚去排隊人很多。連續吃了兩天，菜色稍顯單調。 應該還會帶孩子去，全家人都很滿意。出色的世外桃源。

很多人説酒店很老但是我覺得比二山谷好很多雪場人也不是特別多吧，不怎麼排隊
