We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so many vacant rooms. Atleast hotel management should have basic human decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip.
Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also.
After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously?
Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

Best hotel good staff better rates nice presence towards the customer and food is very delicious like home I recommend family please visit the hotel and location is prime very near to sai mandir i enjoy the hole trip and parking is free hygiene is maintained very well

Wonderful hotel and very close to Sai Temple and other places in Shirdi. Staff are all amazing. From the moment we walked into the hotel to the moment we checked out, our stay was very very pleasant. All the staff made us feel very valued and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is very good and rooms too are very good. Facilities are very good and in my opinion, are a match for other so called luxury hotels in the area. I stayed at this hotel back in 2020, even then, this hotel was very good. And for this reason, I decided to stay here again in 2024. The hotel has had some upgrades since my stay in 2020. The reception, rooms and dining have all had upgrades. Nice dining area with wonderful breakfast and other dining. Credit to all the staff. This will definitely be go to hotel in the future when I visit Shirdi again.

Because staff gives quality service and responsibilities on thir own i feel house also hotel near to temple you can go within 5 min waking distance Room also maintain 4 satr hotel has pur veg restaurant jain food on request available some are maintenance in room but all over good

Excellent Hotel, close to Sai Mandir, Well Mannered Staff always at your service with just one call, Very much polite and helpful, Reception guy Rohit being kind and helpful, he arranged cab for travelling to nearby and long distance temples like shani Signapur, Mahalaxmi temple, bhairav temple and Trimbakeshwar Temple,... Tasty and delicious food served at their Anand restaurant which is inhouse next to Reception counter.

Good Hotel. Near Temple. Friendly staff. Good food. Breakfast was one of the best you will get in Shirdi area..Clean staff with all working electronics like AC, TV and intercom. Walking distance from Temple . Safe private car parking ground opposite the hotel.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. hotel staff were very helpful, and the food at the hotel was good. It is near by sai baba temple, would definitely recommend this hotel for stay. Overall It was good experience with hotel anand heritage.

just returned after 3 day stay a hotel Anand heritage in shirdi.senior citizen self nd wife/ wonderful stay, staff friendly, restaurant food delicious. wish had stayed bit longer, but return ravel was pre-booked. would recommend people visiting shirdi to stay-feel the difference. enjoyed
