Grand Honor Hotel recensioner

No english speaking concierge in an exquisite hotel like this is a no go. Also the cleaning lady likes to clean the hotel guests toothbrush by her self additionally??? But why? Could not ask her she speaks only mandarin 😜 The shower is awesome

Very nice location and room . Comfortable , tidy and clean . However , the service in the restaurant is suck ! Hope they can improve

We extended our stay via trip.com easily and coordinated with the hotel to ensure we remained in the same rooms. All went smoothly with great ease. Hotel is as grand as they come, rooms are fantastic and comfortable.

There are too many hotels with the same name. The one I wrongly pick up was far from the city center.

Check in process is fast and everything went smooth. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Fruits and snacks are also served. Breakfast buffet has a very wide variety selection from Chinese to western cuisine, with amazing view from the top most of the hotel.

I have a great stay here in Grand honor hotel. The housekeeper is very nice. She would bring fruits and sweet dessert in my room. There’s just one thing that I don’t like, I can hear wind blowing sound inside my room even though the windows are closed. But overall, I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will surely come back here for my next visit.

Great hotel and need more entertainment locations and eating places

For now, in our opinion the best hotel in Shishi, still has one to try out to compare and give this bold statement. Internet flawless, breakfast and dinner on top of the hotel amazing, good food and great views. Staff very friendly and attentive when request were made. The robot bring you food is a nice touch, i know many hotels had, but this one even has a kind of stickers which made the robot funny friendly.

location is okay. cleaningness is okay. front desk service is okay. the air condition is terrible, having 27 degrees in room, very hot that cannot sleep, lucky they can offer a machine to blow cool wind and I need to open the window and switch off the air condition, but the sounds from the cool wind machine very noisy, cannot sleep well for the whole night. also, from their information, everything need to charge, so mean.

It was great stay and really been enjoyed with good hospitality from reception and hotel staffs. A Birthday decoration from hotel 👍❤️
