Very good location, just a few minutes walk nearby Shizuoka Station and bus stop to attractive, like Nihondair, Shizuoka zoo, etc. The breakfast buffet is nice and yummy. The hotel room is very clean, and good amenities are provided. We have a pleasant stay for 3 nights.

The location is excellent, only take 1 min to JR station. Food around are good and many choices. The hotel is nice and tidy, also the staff are good. Everything is good!

Hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from JR station (not connected to station) with many shops or restaurants nearby. Rooms were good size and there were amenities available in the lobby (such as face wash, cream) along with free coffee in the morning. However was a bit disappointed with the maintenance of the room as there were some wood peeling off near the bedside counter.

Fabulous location, right next to the station. In Shizuoka, everything is connected through the station, so this is where you want to be. For guests who are not fussy about the room.

* Wifi did not connect well sometimes. * There was an air clear in a room which was good but the filter clean lamp came on in the middle of my stay. The filter needed to be vacuumed regularly but it seems like they don't do it * The staff service, especially the front desk was very good.

The location is great as it's just by the JR station. The staff are friendly. We asked for a baby crib which they did as soon as we checked in. I didn't have any difficulty with the train sounds as the windows were soundproof.

Location is the best, other than location, nothing special. The guest room is too small and dark even all lights are switched on. But the light in the bathroom is too strong when you take a shower you feel uncomfortable with the top light. They do not clean the carpet, I saw some tissue dust for 3 days, and the dust are still there even though I request room clean up every day.

This hotel is located right next to Shizuoka station. The lobby is very big and gives off a feeling of luxury. I booked my room last minute for a very good price on this app and would definitely stay there again at that rate if going to Shizuoka.
