I have never been spoken to so rudely as in this establishment . We went in to the restaurant in the evening looking for a small plate to eat. We did not want a full 2 course meal deal. After waiting to be served, listening to the surly manner other people were dealt with, when the lady came to take my order she asked if we had a meal deal and when I said no she said sorry and immediately turned to thd next person, then turned to the next person who told her I was next. Once again she said no very very rudely, said if I didn't book a meal deal I couldn't eat there, despite the fact there were very few peopke eating The duty manager said if would have been cheaper then reluctantly agreed we could order a small plate. The lady, loosely termed, of course, had never heard of customer satisfaction. Then, to top it up, the room was far too warm, no way of reducing the temperature or opening the window to let fresh air in, and duvet covers as heavy as could be. I was too upset to get a good night's sleep. Apparently, these circumstances are not covered by the good night's sleep guarantee. I shall never use this establishment again, or dine in any on site restaurant in Premier Inn again. At least the beds are comfortable. It's not worth complaining either as they couldn't care less once they have had your money . Avoid and go elsewhere. The receptionist was very nice though and is not included in my dissatisfaction
