always love the Japanese Suite for my kids..

Have been wanting to stay here and finally, I did. A very cozy hotel next to the waterfront where you can walk and jog and nearby the Parkson building and lots of eateries around. Room is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended for a stay if you are around in Sibu.

We stay few times in this hotel, they have few types of rooms, recently I check in to Executive Room which is very nice. The bed side has a sliding door,a mini bar table, the sliding door gives u privacy for those sleeping n those watching TV, Iron board , mini fridge, electrici kettle, very clean room n comfoet bed. Good location surrounding by eating outlets

At first, I was given the room and found the room was dusty; the chair and curtain got black spots and stains. Suspected that the bedbug infestation, which I have experienced, was bad trauma from Singapore. I' passed the feedback to the receptionist about the matters. She helped me to check for another room available. Thankfully, She managed to find 1 room available and change rooms for me, which was in better condition, and sleep well for a night.

Short business trip. The room i got this time appears worn out and requires proper mantainence. However, staffs were friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied

Very good. Near the Water Front and recreation ground, suitable place for an early morning walk.

My first business trip to Sibu and I'm so glad that I booked a good stay. Overall good for the cleanliness, friendly staff from my stay and they even accept my last minute booking. Will definitely come back again for this hotel on my next Sibu Trip and highly recommend to anyone who is coming to Sibu 😊

Nice , comfortable bed and silent room easy to get in sleep after shopping nearless shopping mall with tired body 😘😘🥰

Staying 3nites in this hotel, location is a distance from city centre, our first impression is the hotel is new. We notice the bed sheets are not replace when checked in, request to change the next day.. The bath tower seems not clean as well as the bathroom floor mattress. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

1. Toilet flush button is not functioning well, you hv to press it manually by open the cover. 2. Only 2 bottles of drinking water provided for Japanese suites (of 4 person).

So far okay, just that the room space is a bit smaller.

Staffs is very friendly and kind. I borrowed pen and check in earlier than i expected; recommended good food nearby for me. It was a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. And the cafe’s food behind the hotel is goooood! 😊😊❤️
