Premier Hotel recensioner

The hotel is a little bit old, but the bed is comfortable. The reception is very friendly. The breakfast choices were pretty similar every day but still acceptable. Need to collect parking coupon every day if you wanted to park for free.

Noisy as the building is just beside the road and no sound proofing done. Furniture was old and in poor condition.

In the city center, nearby a lot of amenities. Rooms are a bit old and intermittent WiFi. Housekeeping keep chasing to leave the room so that they can clean the room.

I come here for the first time to work. I choose this hotel because of nearby with my place where to work and luckily this hotel satisfied me very well because the hotel services is good and the room alse keep clean.

Nice place to stay, located in the middle of Sibu. Will come again next time.

Receptionist service need to be improve. We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.

Wifi slow and foods so simple taste

Everything is good, from check in, the room and the breakfast.

Check-in late, one of the staff at the front desk who was nearer to me keep playing with mobile phone while the other who was further away answered my questions. Overall room condition is good, but need to wait for a long time before I can get hot water in the shower. Location is good, near to night market and a few famous places. Breakfast is basic but up to the standard.

so far okay for business travelling. room clean. all good nothing to complain
