Premier Inn London Sidcup

Good check in and room was on floor one which was perfect for reception and restaurant. Few minutes from Sidcup station.  Room was fine but toilet broke late at night and we had constant noisy water running in toilet.  Overall apart from that everything was good. Had late checkout and they Stored bags for few hours. If was to return would stay again. 

Hotel and rooms very clean, everything worked as it should, and staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice, and location was ideal for a party we were attending. The hotel does have a very smooth quiet lift to all floors, or stairs if you don't have baggage. There's a fantastic Cafe across the road (Tulip) where we went ro eat after arriving too early for food at the hotel. Great value and delicious food.

Stayed here recently as a couple and child. Fantastic stay, smooth check in from start to finish. The rooms were spacious with really comfy beds, pillows were perfect and extreamley clean. Nice and quiet. Food was on point. Kayley was very accomodating with an allergy my partner had when we booked a table for dinner, Great management!

Lovely comfortable rooms! Customer service was brilliant. They couldn't do enough for you. Very polite and helpful. Great location. Staff were professional and well presented. Food and drinks good and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend

Great location to stay as we was travelling to see friends who were nearby. We had our daughter who is 6 and she was happy and comfortable, plenty of room for us all. Easy to find and easy parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms where clean.

Overall this hotel is what you would expect from premier inn - simple but comfortable. However, On the first night we opened the extra pillows - supposed to be sealed so they are clean and fresh. They had actually been sealed with a cable tie, which should have rung alarm bells - turns out someone had put filthy pillows in there (smelled very strongly of urine) and sealed the bag. I complained and staff were apologetic and replaced the pillows, but the fact that this could happen means that the pillows are not being checked at all, which is just not good enough. I don't know whether the person who sealed them was a former occupant who was trying to cover up after an "accident" or a disgruntled member of staff, but it was disgusting and made the room smell for some time afterwards, as well as making me uneasy about how clean anything else was.
