Akdora Elite Hotel & Spa

This is a nice hotel, and the location is about a 20-minute walk to the old town. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. The service and the staff were nice. Snacks and drinks are okay; however, if you’re someone who prefers high-quality drinks or coffee, this might not meet your expectations. But if you're fine with simple drinks and snacks, it's pretty good. The staff was friendly and they speak English, although not perfectly, they can still assist you with information as needed. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked fine. The buffet and food were good as well. If you’re looking for something reasonably priced and comfortable, this is a good choice. If you prefer something highly modern or luxurious and can afford it, you might want to consider other options.

Would not recommend. Food is terrible, always cold and pretty much the same all week. Not even a toaster there. We ate out more than we ate in hotel. Bar is crap, it’s not even a proper bar, the only spirits they have is vodka, gin or whiskey. We constantly complained about them running out of vodka, as they only have little miniature bottles. After speaking to out holiday rep she advised us to speak to the food and beverage manager, which I did several times. They then got a big bottle of vodka and were pouring mine and my friends drinks under the counter or in the back of the bar saying it was just for us . We found most of the staff were ok after we had complained. It’s very quiet, entertainment was only on a Monday and Thursday. The location is ok. The hotel needs a lot of renovations done, lots of broken tiles round pool area. Will not be going back to that hotel. It’s the worst all inclusive hotel I’ve ever been to, would definitely not recommend it

The hotel itself is fine liveable. The staff on the other hand are very rude,especially the reception staff can not be bother with you even getting you a coffee on a evening is too much trouble. They need to have a bit of respect and manners towards guests .food is always cold ,more or less always same choice .

Hotel was nice and clean , food was fine always found something to eat. Ideally located . Only gripe is they don't have a safe and free wifi is rubbish, staff we found friendly . Would book again as it is not to far from everything . And for the price we paid can't really moan.

First the reception is horrible, they dont know english or other languages, just turkish. The food is all days the same nothing is new on the dishes. The staff is rude, they dont help with anything that we asked. For the water, the pressure is very low and its cold they dont have warm water at all. The hotel is 1 star nothing more… Party, music or something interesting is missing. Other hotels in the neighbourhood are soo much more fun every day music every day parly. The cocktails is horrible, alcohol 0%. The wifi is not working anywhere and they charge for the wifi in rooms. All inclusive hotel or horrible hotel.. DONT GO HERE!!

We stayed here in June 2024. Apparently, they have manipulated good reviews because the hotel is just terrible. This is not a 3 or 4-star place, but 1-2 at best. I paid extra for a sea view, but ended up in a room that did not have it, and I argued with the administrator for three days. There are constant issues with hot and cold water. The rooms are dirty. Dirty dishes are left on the floors and nobody cleans them. The towels and curtains are stained, and the bed linens are covered in unpleasant lint. The staff is a whole other issue. Administrator Adnan just yelled at me and was rude when I tried to talk to him. All the staff are extremely rude and make no effort to solve problems. The hotel's beach is literally only about 5 meters wide, and the hotel is not by the sea. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The sunbeds are old.

The hotel is very nice and the attention is very good of the girl in the reception. She’s very nice. Rooms and restaurant was very comfortable. The first day I came and the restaurant was close but I told them I was hungry and they gave me a delicious soup. 👌🏻.
