Paloma Orenda

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024. We travelled as a family of 7 (4 adults and 3 children - aged 5 and 3 year old twins). The hotel is a fair distance from the airport and we took advantage of the TUI coach transfer - however, whilst the coach was fine, the journey was long, with numerous stops at various hotels. Inevitably we were the last stop so it took nearly 2 hours! With young children and late at night, next time a private transfer would be better. We arrived in the early hours and got checked in with no issues. The next day we woke and were very impressed. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Endless palm trees, grassy open areas and plenty of staff on hand to greet you and welcome you. We ate at all the restaurants including the steak house which I think is reasonably priced for the service and quality you receive. The buffet is good, not outstanding but you'll never go hungry. We really enjoyed having lunch at the beach side restaurant- again the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The animation team are great, they remember your names but they aren't pushy to get you involved. All the usual activities are on offer and there is always something for the kids. The kids club and park is great especially at night after dinner. The night entertainment is probably the best we have ever seen. The shows were unique and the kids loved them. The water park is a good place to spend a couple of hours. Try out the vertical slide at the top, that will wake you up if you've had a few drinks the night before!! We went into Side one day and explored the shops. The staff were not pushy at all. It was a nice experience as opposed to some previous experiences elsewhere in Turkey. We have now just re-booked for this year as we struggled to find fault with any of the elements of the hotel. It really is that good. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, the staff really do make the difference and the hotel has a completely relaxed feel, it never feels particularly busy, we always managed to get sunbed even as a larger group.

We had a fantastic time at paloma orenda and would definitely recommend it! The room and the resort overall was beautiful. The waterpark next door was a huge hit with my 4yr old, as was the kids club. The food was excellent quality, the best we'd had in an all inclusive hotel. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The only thing that could have been improved was the access to the kids club, which could have been more secure - the entrance was at the outdoor area rather than at the sign in / sign out point inside, so it wasn't staffed.

Fantastic hotel, amazing staff, especially Sabahattin, who is always happy to help. The Food is outstanding, cleanliness is exceptional and the entertainment is brilliant, beach and pools. Would definitely return again!!!……………………..

We have had an amazing holiday - hotel is great, food lovely. Entertainment team have been fabulous, and made every day very enjoyable with a whole host of games and shows! I would love to come back again. Thanks for an amazing holiday, thank you! Cheers

Great hotel for families. If huge hotels are not for you this will be great place for you and your family. Food selection is wide and meals are really tasty. They also have kids club with Nice playground and also playground on the beach . One thing I would change are the towel cards.

2nd visit and even better this time round and we can't wait to return again. Staff are so good, friendly, approachable and professional (but not overbearing at all!). Kids loved spending some time in Kids club and the discos as well as all the shows. We also had the best time in the water park, on the beach and in the pool. Every meal was delicious including the beach restaurant, sushi restaurant and the main restaurant. The vibe of the whole place is just perfect for a relaxing and fun holiday, thankyou so much
