A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

Otel konumu itibariyle hem side antik kentine hem şehir merkezine çok yakın, bu durum görece küçük bir alana kurulu otelden dışarı çıkabilmeniz için iyi bir fırsat. Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da. Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli. Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir: 1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir. 2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi 3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

Another first class holiday to this little gem of a hotel. The management and staff are just amazing - special thanks to Savas, George, Mehmet Ali and Hassan, Nuri and Emre and chef in the a la carte, all the Mehmets and the great chefs, Haran, both Buraks and Julia at the pool bar, Halid at top bar, the happiest girl ever in the coffee shop, and everyone else who i havent been able to name! The food is top notch too. There really is no other hotel like it! If you are reading this review and havent been to this hotel, it is a must visit, you wont regret it!!

There really is nowhere like this from start to finish the experience is exceptional. This is our 3rd visit and already booked in again for next year. The manager Savas has taken the hotel to a whole new level, the greeting you get as you walk through the door is like being greeted by your favourite family. The staff throughout are always smiling and cannot do enough for you. Leaving tomorrow and already looking forward to returning next year.

Our first visit to this lovely hotel and from the start to the finish of our 2 week holiday, we had the most fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The welcome we got at reception Check in and from Halit the lobby barman was great after a long day travelling. There was also a fridge by the lobby bar with sandwiches and cakes if you needed a snack at night too. Our room (1227) was side sea facing, above the swim up pool. It was very clean and spacious. Ayten (chamber maid) you do a fantastic job. Pool towels in a Barut Andiz Beach Bag were left for us for next days use. Minibar had beer, water and cans of soft drinks (2 of each on arrival) in it, which was replenished everyday. Tea and coffee facilities also. All the restaurants were amazing. Buffet restaurant, had a wide range of foods, all with great flavour. The 2 A la carte restaurants were also great, cooked to perfection, even during the day for snacks. Pool area was kept very clean, sunbeds a plenty and were very comfortable. Great for lounging on those long sunny days. Plenty of entertainment day and night. From water aerobics, darts, table tennis in the day, to rock bands, soul singers, bingo and traditional Turkish dancing at night. Special shout-out to, Ismail, daytime pool barman, who kept us hydrated all day. Bar Chief Ufuk, Ibrahm, and Harun who kept the drinks flowing at night. Great bunch of guys. Special mention to Nurettin ( A la carte) what a lovely man, always aims to please. Never had so many chips at lunch time, (“why not, you’re on your holidays”). Emrah and Mehmet at the buffet restaurant, was always there with a great welcome. Also it was great to see, manager Ergin and assistant manger Savas always making sure we were ok and having a great time. To be fair, every member of staff do a great job, from the ones who you interact mostly with and the ones you only see a few times. Returning guests were also very welcoming, shout out to Steve & Ange and Moira & Andrew giving us some advice and information. We were here on the last week of the season and had a really good time. The food here was fantastic and the place is so clean. The staff are lovely and special mentions to, Burak who made the best cocktails and had excellent customer service skills looking after everyone and the sunset bar is the best! Ercan on the beach is an absolute star and works hard. Nurettin at the a la carte made our evening he was fantastic, as well as the young lad filling up our wine glasses. There were sadly a couple of niggles that let it down for us, but I assume it's the time of year so dont let it put you off, the pool wasn't heated enough and so cold, definitely wasn't to 27 degrees. The entertainment wasn't as good as other hotels I'd been to, the 3 shows we saw through the week were excellent, but the Saturday night entertainment (Juke box) was the worst I've ever experienced! Even though its the last week its no excuse really as we're still guests on holiday. A definite positive though is that position of the hotel is perfect, in walking distance to Side old town and it is so beautiful, really didn't expect it. It made our holiday and definitely worth visiting. I would definitely recommend despite the niggles and return as its a lovely place.

This was our first stay at the Tui Blue Barut Andiz and it won't be our last. We read lots of reviews before booking and everyone told the same story about how fantastic this hotel is and we weren't disappointed. Most of the other guests we spoke to had all stayed here before. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt at home. The hotel has a wonderful relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Every member of staff we met gave us a warm welcome. A special thank you to Savas and his team who all do an amazing job making sure everyone has a wonderful holiday, too many names to mention, we can't praise the team enough. Our hotel rooms (1231 & 1232) were spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped, plenty of wardrobe space and drawers. The bed was extremely comfortable with a selection of pillows. The minibar was restocked with water every day. The bathroom again was spacious, plenty of surface space for toiletries. Soap, shampoo and shower gel was complimentary. The main restaurant served a good selection of food each day, breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The hotel also has 2 al a carte restaurants 'The Olive' (Italian) and 'The Culinaruim' (selection of world cuisines), the Culinaruim also acts as the lunchtime snack bar which is waiter service. Sandwiches and cakes are also available throughout the day from the coffee shop. Evening entertainment at the roof top bar included singing acts, Turkish dancers and a silent disco, (great fun, just wish someone had told me not to sing :-) ) A casino night was held at the indoor venue room . The roof top and reception bars serve wonderful homemade cocktails. Everything we ate and drank was first class! The hotel includes a private beach which is a short stroll. The sun loungers were clean and comfy. A member of the hotel team mans a fridge providing a good selection of drinks at the beach. He also handed out ice creams and water melon, greatly appreciated. Toilet facilities are available at the nearby sister hotel. The gym was well equipped and the sauna free. Side town is a lovely 30 minute walk along the beach or promenade or a 5 minute taxi ride (about 10 euros). The town center is built around the stunning roman ruins and looks especially great at night when everywhere is lite up. There are lots of shops along the promenade and in the old town. Tip - all the shops price everything in euros so it is really easy to calculate what something costs. The downside to this is that you will need cash or a physical bank card to pay in euros as their card machines only except virtual card payments in Turkish Lira. The shops are happy to convert the euro price into lira but it can get confusing. From our experience, I have ordered a physical card and will take more cash next time (cash is king). This was our second visit to this hotel , and it seemed even better , the hotel is spotlessly clean , we used the beach all the time , no issues getting Sunbeds , special mention to Ercan on the beach top man , we mainly used the upstairs restaurant, great food and your wine glass was never empty especially with the funniest man at the hotel Nuri ,we had drinks at the top bar served by the one and only Halit , had a few dinners downstairs great food again great work Hasan and his team. This resort is run like a machine everything is astounding well done to Savas and All the staff at this fantastic hotel Will be back again for sure . All the best Steve and Julie

We have just returned from the best week's holiday at TUI Blue Barut Andiz. Reading the reviews before we went we couldn't believe they were all so positive but have to admit they're all spot on! This place is amazing. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean, in a good location but what really makes it is the staff and customer service. All the staff work so hard to make sure your holiday is perfect and the manager checks in personally everyday. Special mentions to Ishmael (man serving drinks around the pool) who works so hard but was always happy and helpful. Hassan( waiter in main restaurant) who again offered fantastic service and was so friendly. Nurrutin(sorry, probably spelt wrong) the main man in the snack bar who was an absolute joy! If the managers read this, all your staff are fabulous but these three always went above and beyond for everyone and deserve some additional recognition. The food is also exceptional and is the best all inclusive food I've ever eaten so much so that we didn't feel the need to book the a la carte restaurants as the main buffet offered so much choice. I don't have any negatives at all for this hotel and would happily and WILL be visiting again.

We've just returned from a weeks holiday at the Tui Blue Barut Andiz, and we can honestly say that from the moment we arrived ,the hotel and especially it's staff and management, delivered a totally 5* service. Nothing was too much trouble, the restaurants served first class cuisine all day long, so much choice
