Cinar Family Suite Hotel

The place is terrible do not go there, I went with my 2 boys, the A/C not working properly, they were sweating, the fridge. television not working The bathroom full of mould , inside the tiolet bowl of black Outside at the pool side, look like a construction site. There is no lift? the stairs are dirty? this hotel need to closed down and do refurbishment . Please not make the pictures them fool you, it is not the same , the place is horrible, I did have to find another hotel , I did have to move in the morning.

Where do I start. Just came home from a family holiday with my dad, partner & 2 kids 19 & 15. Food was really bad .. the same every second day, it doesn’t cater for British in the slightest, not even a toaster! The staff do not speak English except one guy at reception. Breakfast was was pancakes, next day was omelettes, following day was boiled eggs that was the rotation never anything different no choice! Lunch & dinner was on a two day rotation every second day was the same disgusting food. One choice of fruit the whole time, watermelon, one choice of desert. During our 7 day all inclusive we were offered chips once! No pizza, chicken nuggets, sausages, toast, noodles, pasta or basic food. It was liver, salad, fish or chicken legs. Spent a fortune across the road in a restaurant for food! The snack bar was at 4pm daily only option is bit of dry cake as shown, that’s all! Alcohol was a joke! All inclusive was cheap beer, hot wine from a 5 ltr bottle sitting in the sunshine, watered down vodka or gin everything else had to be paid for for €5 . No free WiFi even in public areas of the hotel, WiFi costs £12 per person to use WiFi in any part of the hotel. Hotel needs a revamp so old and outdated, mould everywhere, they only clean and change your towels once a week! Need to ask reception for toilet rolls! No entertainment at night or around the pools. During our 7 days there was one night entertainment which was adult musical chairs, which lasted 30 mins if even, hotel closes at 10pm! The worse all inclusive I have ever been to. Avoid Cinar family suite hotel, the reviews you read are true this is an honest review.

Went on a family holiday kids 11, 6 and 16 rooms were decent and basic no bin but cleaning was very clean there was no entertainment for kids my 6 year old got bored easily so we went out every night pool side very dangerous my 6 year old slipped over 3 times and no asking if they were okay and no help hurt my wrist on water slide and i got no concern or help by staff, only help was only by a couple around us pool bar was very poor not a lot to chose for drinks food was great if you liked turkish food same as everyday food snack bar was poor as it was only dry cake! The staff were very friendly.

This is the second time we took a holiday to the Cinar family suite. We found our room/suite to be perfect. The hotel staff are fabulous. If you've a problem or a question, they are only too helpful to oblige and help. When we got to the hotel, after realizing we were on the 3rd floor, we asked reception if we could be moved. Due to my partner being in recovery from a brain anuerism and brain haemorrhage. He was not able to keep doing the stairs. They went out there way to help. Moving us straight away. The suite was kept clean, with clean towels and bedding. My partner and I do not like Turkish food very much, so we chose to eat out and find restaurants that cater to us. We're really quite picky people. But that would never stop us from staying at this lovely place. By the way, this hotel does the best, Pina Colada. And to express how generous and kind the staff were. They gave us a free Pina Colada each, on our last day. Well, we will be coming back to see you again. 10/10 Firdevs and staff, thank you for making our holiday a lovely one, again. 😊.

Located in good area shops etc local restaurants walking distance 24hr shop open the house keeping was really good everyday they came. No lifts at the hotel downside limited food availability I guess that’s what u get for 3star had to pay extra for upgrade room staff were really nice helpful overall it was good holiday. Shisha place local 2 min walk Alya steakhouse well worth it staff very nice would love to go back taxi expensive be aware

EXCELLENT HOTEL.. the bad reviews are not true, its a good hotel for the basics, if you want the perfect hotel then go and pay a lot more to get what you expect. the drinks were nice, the staff are good, the food was tasty, the hotel was functional. me personally i thought i got great value for money great job CINAR ..... have a lovely summer everyone
