Just home from side star beach hotel first impression top class not dissapointed staff are perfect from checking in to cleaning to waiting staff big shout out for hassain waiter and restaurant staff he goes above and beyond also cleaners so pleasant and check in staff go beyond duties room was perfect overlooking pool room 222 ideal food was plentifull but could be hotter only grumble location is perfect on the beach 40 minute walk at my pace to side town went to kumkoy to shops four malls also lots of streets with shops 35 turkish on dolmus bus market 15 mins walk ooen saturdays outside hotel there is a whole load of shops loads of cats and dogs so friendly inside hotel grounds are spotless lived it would gi back tomoro highly reccomend this hotel thank you for great holiday eric and christine from glasgow scotland just keep the food hotter then you are perfect but food good we love you loads

Verry good hotel Service is good The rooms are verry clean The personel is verry nice Food en drinks verry good The animation is TOP nice animators Every day the programe was nice And ad the evening the shows are always good looking And its perfect to go to the city SIDE you can walk un 15 minutes by the see

Well what can I say apart from what a fantastic team and hotel this is they are so friendly and helpful nothing is to much there always happy to help. Everything was spot on from food and drink selection to beach sunbeds and entertainment i really can't find fault or recommend enough we as a family will definitely return in the future

This is the second review I’m writing here – but this time it’s an honest one. The animators at this hotel (and I know it happens in many other hotels too) pressure guests at the bar or similar places to leave 5-star reviews, especially asking them to mention their names and say how great the animators are. They often watch you while you write the review on your phone, and sometimes they even take your phone and write parts of it themselves. In my case, after I wrote the review, they even took a photo of it and sent it to someone on WhatsApp. Because of this uncomfortable experience, I’m writing a real review now – and I’d like to ask the hotel management to limit this behavior. It’s not pleasant, and it happens a lot. People often don’t realize what they’re writing under pressure, and this is definitely not the right way to get positive reviews. Other than that, the hotel wasn’t bad. It’s one of the Side Star hotel chain. I had stayed at Side Star Elegance before, and the experience was completely different – but expected. If you’re looking for a big hotel that children will enjoy, I definitely recommend Side Star Elegance. But if you’re looking more to relax, Side Star Beach isn’t a bad option either. The rooms were much smaller than we expected, and the main issue – there was no mirror in the whole room, which was disappointing. But in general, the room was okay and the cleaning staff did their job well. Last thing – the food. It was exactly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive hotel in this region. Nothing amazing, but nothing terrible either. Of course, it was almost the same every day, but there was always something to choose from.

I like entertainment, enjoyed the facilities overall I had a great fun with my 3 sisters and I am coming back for definite and recommend to my friends. Enjoyed the meals to taste varieties sort of food from breakfast , lunch and dinner, the staff are very polite lovely people

Fantastic time here, Kazim from animation team very nice friendly and welcoming! Lovely jublyyy, food excellent and plenty of choice. Staff go above and beyond to for you, entertainment was different every night and very fun. Kazim is a legend!
