Andra gången vi är här på två år, vår dotter och svärson för tredje gången. Vi blir bättre år efter år. Maten är alltid tillräckligt varierad och serveras alltid med ett leende. Chefen är alltid tillgänglig för en pratstund eller frågor. I år har hotellets strandområde förbättrats avsevärt. De har egen strandbar med all inclusive-läsk. Massor av solstolar och en buss direkt till rampen till baren, toaletterna och duschen. I år klarade vi oss utan hyrbil. Så vi använde dolmus för att ta en rundtur till floden och vattenfallen. Det kostade 14 €, inte runt 30. Vi besökte det lokala Novamall, ett stort köpcentrum med inomhusluftkonditionering, för bara 120 liter och 3 pund. Hotellet säljer glass, men det gör även McDonald's bredvid, till liknande pris. På andra sidan gatan kan man få en väggglass för 5 liter, bara 12,5 pence. Köpcentrumet var okej, men mannen med en glassmaskin ville ha 7 €. Jag gick till Megros och fick vår för 90 liter för två personer. Hotellets läge är fantastiskt. Man kan få en dolmus var som helst utanför rondellen. Busstationen ligger 10 minuters promenad bort för en 60-åring. Det finns taxibilar utanför hotellet hela tiden, 350 tl till gamla stan. 30 minuters promenad. Imponerande ruiner hela vägen. Fantastiskt ställe att besöka.

Vårsol i sista minuten. Säsongsstarten så ganska lugn, precis vad vi ville ha just då. Trevligt hotell och läge, mycket bra för en trevlig, lugn promenad till Gamla stan. Bara ett klagomål vi hade var matutbudet på den engelska paletten. Skulle åka tillbaka igen i en avlägsen framtid.

Just came back from a week's all-inclusive holiday at the Side Square Hotel. I'm glad we ignored all the bad reviews..it was fabulous for the price we paid! We arrived in the early hours and there was a delay with the room being ready but the reception staff explained this and ensured we had drinks and were comfortable whilst we waited and came and sa with us for a chat. We saw some packed lunches for guests who were checking out and when we asked they gave us one each. All the hotel staff were friendly and majority spoke good English, for those who didnt we managed anyway. All the staff worked really hard and were attentive to make our stay great....and it was! All inclusive food was fine, there was enough variety throughout and was plentiful ..typical Turkish food and we had no complaints. There's enough bars and restaurants in the vincinty to eat out as well, which we did some nights as it so so cheap. Good choice for all inclusive drinks ..local beers, spirits and a list of 6 cocktails as well as soft drinks, self service bottles of water and tea/coffee. If you wanted a more exotic cocktail or top shelf drink then you paid extra...again prices were reasonable. Beds were make everyday and floors mopped. The bonus of this holiday was the hotel was 16 years plus so it contributed to the relaxed vibe. Definitely recommend the side square hotel! I don't understand the bad reviews ...for the price you pay just have realistic expectations and if you're nice to staff, they're nice back!

A reasonable hotel. Pretty good location. Very German orientated though - food, info etc. The food was reasonable (at first) but very repetitive and lacking the flair found elsewhere. Chefs are clearly one-trick ponies. After a few days, we ate elsewhere for a more Turkish experience. Initially given the smallest room we'd ever seen, we asked for a change and were given a great room. House-keeping is a foreign concept though - it either happened very late (i.e around 6pm) or, more commonly, not at all. Coffee, tea etc were never topped up. The so-called mini-bar in the room contained two bottles of water when we arrived and nothing else was ever added. For mini-bar - read "fridge". The bar was OK. Decent Efes, decent Raki - the wine - not so good. We had an enjoyable stay but it's not a hotel we'll go back to.

What a beautiful hotel. I was very curious after reading all the negative reviews but thankfully in my opinion they are not warranted. It seems to be a lot of people who would love to stay at the Savoy and pay Travelodge prices and shop at Harrods on a Primark budget. On arrival we were met by one of the hotel staff who wheeled our bags in. Check in was a breeze and again our bags were taken to our room with us in tow. The rooms are big and spacious and the air conditioning is great. The in room safe worked perfectly and at no charge. The staff are amazing and very friendly and polite. The food is clearly labeled so you know exactly what you are eating. Some food is a little repetitive but there is a least 1 new dish every evening. The quality of the food is great. The pool area is great with lots of beds and seating and the pool is lovely and warm. The staff speak a little English and I was able to communicate, they certainly know more English than I do Turkish. Finally a big shout out to Suleyman who covers the late hotel bar amongst other things, great guy and very friendly I would recommend this hotel to friends and would definitely come back again.

Let’s get this right. I’m here now, room 2117 (I would recommend asking for this room as its perfect position). What on earth are you all complaining about. The staff are amazing, so polite and cant do enough for you. Arrived at 22.30, met us from taxi, perfect check in and were escorted to our room. Fruit platter waiting for us in case we missed the food (how lovely). The hotel is spotless, food amazing and resort wonderful. Ignore all negative comments. Some people are very shallow. Would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone xx

The hotel where my wife and I had the chance to stay for 15 nights between July 15-30. First of all, we would like to thank the hotel manager Okan Bey, the floor staff, the waiters, the reception, the beach staff, and the kitchen staff who added color to our meals with their delicious meals. The hotel is a hotel that we especially prefer because it is +16. It is quiet, calm and peaceful. It has a private beach that you can reach in 5 minutes with its own shuttle. The service continues there with the same seriousness. The food is very delicious. You have the chance to eat white meat, red meat and fish in the same meal, which is quite successful for a 4-star hotel. In short, they made sure we had a very nice holiday. Thank you everyone. First of all on the check in they advised us that there is no rooms available for us and another two of our friends, they transferred us to another nearby hotel where we had to spend a night in some ultra small box room with only one double bed, on the 2nd day they advised us that because of this circumstance they offer us a free massage in their hamman ( never happen ) and that on our last day we can stay in ours room and check out late when our transfer to airport it's ready... At the end we been kick out early from ours rooms. They hotel should be only 2 stars rooms are ok but need more cleanings, swimming pool it's dirty and haven't seen anybody cleaning it for whole weeks. Receptionist speak only Russian and generally stuff doesn't speak English. But the worst of the worst it's the food which is tasteless and recyclable everyday and five of us get food poison in the hotel and wasted another day in beds. The only good think about this hotel it's the private beach about 2 km from hotel but the hotel buses running between often. Generally not recommending
