Front One Gosyen Hotel Salatiga recensioner

First of all, the location of this hotel is very good, right in the city center and close to all the famous culinary locations. The room size is large and cleanliness is also good. The car park is also large because it is part of the shopping area, but during high season it will be a little busy. One thing that was a bit lacking in our opinion was helping guests carry suitcases, where we didn't get maximum service in this case. The breakfast menu is standard and has quite a variety of food. We were satisfied staying at this hotel and will definitely choose this hotel next time. Thank you.

Kalo lagi ke salatiga dan butuh hotel yang strategis lokasinya, direkomendasikan ke sini ya. Patkiran lumayan luas, kuliner banyak dekat pasar.

Thank you for the excellent service! I celebrated New Year's here and was delighted by the surprise gifts. The hotel's location is very convenient, with everything within walking distance—food stalls, traditional markets, and shops are all nearby. The hotel itself is new and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was impressive, especially for a 3-star hotel. Amenities like free-flow soap and shampoo, along with reliable hot water, were much appreciated. The only downside was the building's structure; it felt a bit noisy at times, even inside the building, and the elevator noise was slightly bothersome. Overall, a big thumbs up for the outstanding service from Front One Gosyen Hotel. Wishing you even more success in 2025!

Stay here, 4 days 3 nights. Easy booking & quick response. It was in peak holiday season, every staff were so busy, but the most amazing they were all keep consist in services. All staff are friendly & helpfull. Big thanks to Mba nanda, uncle Ncuss n others i m forgot the names. Keep it up,do n deliver your best. See u nxt, i ll be back. GOD bless u all.

Stayed on March 31 & April 1 in Room 208. Housekeeping was very poor. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a dirty mat at the entrance, which was never cleaned during our two days of stay. Upon entering the room, we smelled urine in the bath. The smell went away after spraying water all over the bath. The air-conditioner did not provide standard, adequate coolness. We opened the AC's indoor unit and found out there were no filters inside. That's why it easily got dirty and produced an abnormal noise. We did not get adequate coolness in our room all the two nights of our stay. We suspect the AC was so very dirty. The corridor's carpet was in dire need of deep cleaning. They just covered up the dirt with offensive perfume. What an easy and lazy way! The bath's toilet bowl's pad was not well fastened, causing it to move when we sat on it. The sink's trap, we suspect it was dirty since the water did not flow smoothly. There were so many other issues concerning the housekeeping that we cannot mention them one by one here. Issues that actually could have been solved easily.
