Trevligt hotell, väldigt tyst. Det finns gratis TUTU som skickas till den gamla marknaden, men du måste betala när du kommer tillbaka, och tjänsten är hänsynsfull. Maten smakar gott också

För att inte tala om hur nöjd jag är, rummet är enormt, barnen vill hoppa i den privata poolen hela tiden, frukosten är fantastisk, förutom den vanliga buffén kan du beställa en basrätt, och jag kan också äta grönsakslasagne som vegetarian. All personal är mycket trevlig, rekommenderas starkt. Efter ett kraftigt regn hittade jag en enorm snigel, så söt

Hotellet är inte stort, men det är välutrustat och har omtänksam service. Det ser ut som att det är nyrenoverat. Det är mycket rent och har bra avskildhet. Det ligger inte i centrum och är relativt tyst. Det är mindre än 2 km från centrum. Det finns gratis parkering varje dag. Privat biltransfer och flygplatshämtning är också bra! Servicepersonalen är entusiastisk, omtänksam och omtänksam. Det är 20 minuter från den natursköna platsen och 10 minuter från nukleinsyratestcentret för flyg hem. Bilden bifogas, jag hoppas att den kan hjälpa dig under denna period då du fortfarande behöver 48 timmars nukleinsyratestning för att återvända till Kina.

Hotell lite bort från centrum men mycket lättillgängligt med tuktuk, (service garanteras av hotellet vid behov). Tyst, mycket trevlig miljö att vila efter långa dagars promenader. Mycket trevlig och leende personal. Mycket komplett frukost och även ett urval av måltider till lunch och middag vid behov.

A truly beautiful resort, with exceptional service led by the wonderful Mon in the front office. Just 5-10 minutes by tuktuk to the centre of Siem Reap but it felt like a private, quiet retreat. We had an incredible stay and we can’t wait to return to the Embassy and to amazing Cambodia. Recommending this hotel to anyone looking to visit Siem Reap!

Exceptional service and hospitality from beginning to end. Was contacted the night before arrival and offered transportation assistance to the hotel. Was always greeted and offered excellent service throughout the stay. Staff is always ready to help with recommendations, making reservations, and arraigning transportation to ensure you have the best experience during your stay. Mr Nivat went above and beyond from the moment I arrived and made this an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located nearby the city center and only 20-30min tuktuk ride from most of the temples. They offer good tour options directly from the hotel at a good price. The hotel is very clean with excellent food and amenities. The suit with private pool was huge and the mattress was super comfortable. Will visit again if I return to Siem Reap and will recommend this location to family and friends

Such a nice hotel. Worth way more than the price you pay for. I asked the hotel to do a mini celebration for my mom’s birthday and they went above and beyond with the service. The room is clean, everyone is super nice and friendly. Will come again for sure.

Excellent customer service especially Mr. Leap and Mr Vat. The place is so beautiful everything is perfect they even surprise me with cake because it was my birthday, truly an awesome experience.
