My wife and I had the most magical honeymoon at the Waka Villa in Siem Reap! Seriously, if you're looking for a romantic getaway, this place is a MUST. The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly and attentive, specially Mr. Seam and Ms. Phalla who were always very friendly and anticipating our needs before we even asked. Our villa was gorgeous, spacious and private with a nice pool that we practically lived in. The food was incredible – the fish amok and pomelo salad were definite highlights and some of the best meals we had in Cambodia all prepared by the best Chef Mrs. Phalla and her team. The Waka Family also went above and beyond for our honeymoon, decorating our villa and arranging an amazing 3-hour spa package. They made us feel like royalty and created memories we'll cherish forever!! Highly recommend it to any couple looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Siem Reap!

This has been a breathtaking stay at Waka Villas (7 star quality indeed). The private Villa with Pool and an interior of traditional mixed with modern minimalism and warmth, was ever so welcoming after long days on tours. Well situated only a few minutes by tuk tuk from the center of Siem Reap city where markets and intriguing streets allow for a wonderful experience among locals. We want to thank the entire Staff especially Manager Mr. Okabe and our kindest Siem and Kim for being always one step ahead of our needs. And our tour guide „Mr. T“ (Tola) who has a one of a kind way of explaining the history of Cambodia with so much fun we ended up retelling his stories to our families! Encouraging us to think about what we see and understand the bountiful kindness of the Cambodian people. Thank you for introducing us to Cambodia with so much love. Looking forward to booking here again!

Waka Villa is one of the best hotels I have ever been in my life! Room: - Huge, really clean and with a big private pool - 2 AC units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) which made my stay perfect - Free hot and cold water from a dispenser. Free mini bar Food: - Breakfast was delicious and a la carte. You could order it until 5pm (a dream!) - Had some dinner 1 night and was really good Staff: - Honestly the most amazing thing of this hotel is the staff. They are the most kind, attentive, warm people I have ever met. They couldn’t do enough for you. I was travelling on my own and someone always waited with me for the tuk tuk ride to arrive outside at night to go to restaurants. I got a couple of massages and they were terrific. If you book directly on their website you get pickup/drop off from airport, SIM card, 90 minute massage, laundry and 1 transfer per day to the city centre included. I would go back to Waka Villa without a doubt! They really made my stay perfect!

I stayed at Waka Villa on a yoga retreat in February 2025. I could not fault one thing during our stay. Firstly the staff and service were exemplary and nothing was too much trouble, catering to all of our needs from organising groupp excursions to booking restaurants airport transfer anything…. They are some of the loveliest people I have ever met, Seam and Paula to name but a few. I still miss their beautiful smiles 🥰😊!! The villas were beautiful and very comfortable and were immaculately cleaned everyday. The food was extremely good and presentation exceptional. The overall feel to the hotel is very calming with lots of beautiful plants and greenery - it really is stunning and well thought out and I would recommend to anyone who wanted to holiday in Siam Reap. Thankyou Waka Family once again I will be back !

An oasis near the centre of Siem Reap, and relief from the bustling noise of Pub Street. I had my first incredible stay at the amazing Waka Villa resort and spa. First impressions: the breakfast (included in the room cost) served until 5pm was an absolute delight! The villas are spacious, beautifully decorated, and come with a private pool. The quality is outstanding, and all of the staff could not do enough to please. The friendly staff, made our stay unforgettable. I can thoroughly recommend this place if the budget allows. A short 10-minute Tuk Tuk ride from the centre of Siem Reap, this will certainly be on my list for another visit. I can't wait to come back!

What an amazing place! Our stay at Waka Villas exceeded all expectations, even though that bar was already set very high. I have never stayed somewhere where so much thought has been put into every aspect of your experience, from design, technology, comfort, cleanliness, practicality, aesthetics, and the list continues. There were also so many elegant touches - as agreed, we were met on time at the airport in a very comfortable air-conditioned car, and only later found out that the one hour journey was free of charge. You get some free laundry included in your stay also. The delicious food at the restaurant is incredibly good value, encouraging you to eat in. The hotel arranged local tours for us with trusted contacts at prices that were more than reasonable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to help, but were never overly obtrusive. In fact it is evident that the villas are set up to allow those who wish so to maintain as much privacy as possible, and to this end many visitors chose room service to eat their meals in their villas. We later learned that the philanthropic owners have a local employment policy and help staff into higher education and university. We highly recommend Waka Villas to anyone wanting very high quality, with the additional benefit of significant privacy should they prefer that.

What an amazing hotel! The villas are huge in size and all have their own beautiful pool. The attention to detail is superb with a separate living area , to a fantastic bathroom with a huge bath and rainfall shower and the bedroom is massive in size with an extremely comfortable bed. A free mini bar of soft drinks and beer with a cold filter water system and free laundry service every 2 days complete with fresh fruit in the room you can see that nothing has been left to chance. Masao Okabe and his team have been superb, so friendly and professional. We have had occasion to eat in the restaurant 3 times and the food has been excellent with a mixture of Cambodian and Western dishes. Take advantage of the spa area as well since the massages are brilliant. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels around the world and I would have to say that this place rates near the top. We will be very sad to leave!
