The Jungle recensioner

Water Pressure was extremely low. And when I complained, the manager was rude to claim that it should be like that assuming that we are from jungle and has no opportunity to stay in a hotel before. Design was bad for a hotel of this price. Totally not user friendly. Ironically, we have a kitchen sink instead of a proper toilet wash basin. Proof of my son fallen while walking out from the primitive washroom.

We loved our short stay at The Jungle. The location was great for us, being just outside the main busy area but only a short walk when we wanted to go. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food we had was really good and not expensive. We also enjoyed some time relaxing and cooling down at the pool. Overall, very happy with our stay and would strongly recommend.

Fantastic service and an ideal location, combined with a beautiful hotel and a nice restaurant. Wholeheartedly recommended.

This was such an amazing stay - beautiful grounds, comfy bed and gorgeous pool, and everything located so centrally within walking distance of eateries and the night market. But it's really the little touches that make it special - being served wet towels when you come in from a hot day, welcome drinks with sliced fruit, a room pre-set up with aromatherapy burners, staff offering mosquito sprays and helping to book various events plus arranging for late checkouts. Plus super yummy lunches in an airy and beautiful restaurant!

Location is great. Walking distance to the old market and pub street. Quiet neighbourhood but safe to walk around. Near many eateries.. spoilt for choice, The jungle team is fantastic. Always smiling and very friendly and polite. They offer local afternoon snacks from 3pm to 4.30pm. Thank you Jungle team for making my stay a pleasant one.

У нас было долгое путешествие по странам Азии, я с предвкушением бронировала номер в этой гостинице. Номера распродаются быстро, и мне не удалось забронировать один номер, поэтому пришлось оформить несколько бронирований с переселением. Уж очень мне понравился отель и отзывы были сплошь положительные. Прожив в двух корпусах гостиницы чуть меньше недели смело могу сказать, что ожиданиям не соответствует. Корпус с видом на бассейн значительно лучше корпуса с видом на сад (дело не в виде, а в самом номере). Обычная гостиница, нормальное расположение, вежливый персонал, номера очень посредственные и нуждаются в доработаю.

Отель свежий. Очень понравился. Обслуживание на великолепном уровне. В ресторане можно очень вкусно покушать. Спасибо! Приедем ещё!

Un lugar muy céntrico y muy tranquilo, con unas instalaciones muy nuevas y con un personal muy atento. Hemos disfrutado mucho la estancia aquí.

Gorgeous hotel in central Siem Reap perfect location for basing yourself for exploring the temples of Angkor. Lovely staff always very smiley and happy to help. Despite us only staying a few days the staff knew us by name and greeted us when we returned back from a day out. The pool area is lovely to relax by and is open until 9pm so we could take a cooling dip after a day out exploring. The restaurant is delicious for breakfast and dinner and the hotel offer a complementary afternoon tea in the afternoon which is super cute. On our last day we didn't leave for the airport until 4pm but the hotel were only too happy for us to stay around the pool, participate in afternoon tea and shower there before leaving which was a very relaxed way to spend our final few hours. We would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

This isn’t a western-style fancy hotel, but our experience here was outstanding. The rooms are simple, not plush or luxurious, but the beds are comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The air conditioning was effective, and the shower had an instant-on heater that provided sufficient hot water. The rooms have safes that we used, but the premises seem perfectly safe and secure. Lots of friendly, English-speaking staff were present at all hours. We arrived close to midnight but checking in was fast and smooth. We were always welcomed back from our excursions. The hotel restaurant is wonderful. Finally, everything is very affordable, cheap really. We would not hesitate to return here on a future trip to Cambodia.
