great hotel, great staff, great location, is next school so you hear children playing a lot.

I feel trip.com doesn’t show me how the truth rating or reviewing , I feel disappointed and my value of money was not worth to stay there . There price doesn’t not reflect the reality of room or facilities service that I shall receive. It seems the hostels is too expensive to what I observed or compare to other hotels and boutiques. I feel like the value of my money shall has better hotels in town than this . The facilities and amenities are old , not working well and towel are old and ripping apart . The aircon was old not cold at all. I had booked bit quite price tag after promotion or offering discount from Trip.com but feeling like I was not get in the same nice rooms to compare to other hotel. Everything are not equally to money I paid . Of course staff is friendly and help to switch rooms for us but still not satisfied us.

Worse Hotel ever dark room no enough lamp, no available room to check in on time, booking one bed but they give two small beds , difficult to sleep.

Great room for the price, it was as advertised and the location was amazing.
