위치는 공항과 가까우나 작은 시골마을 안쪽으로 외진곳에 있습니다. 그리고 사진과는 많이 다릅니다. 특히 sky bar는 현재 운영을 전혀 하지 않고 있습니다(빈 창고같음) 샤워 물도 따뜻한 물도 잘 안나옵니다. 공항 픽업서비스는 툭툭이로 이용할 수 있습니다. 조식은 그냥 아메리칸스타일~~ 그냥 so so했습니다. 그닥....가족과 여행으로는 비추합니다

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely book here again and look forward to returning in the future!

A beautiful property in the centre of town. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. All of our sightseeing requirements were arranged for us and we were given an English speaking tuk tuk driver for the whole of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and a good size. The swimming pool was great. The food was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay here again.

This is what happened, then ask yourself if you ever want to book a room with them: - We booked a room on booking. - We arrived normally at the hotel. - The receptionist came straight to us nervously and laid to us in the face (telling us the ENTIRE hotel is closed, *** why are they full dressed even there then? Why did we not get notified before?) - I said, this is BS and I want to talk to some „manager“ - A man, named Rom, came down the stairs to us (He was already observing us from the top of the hotel) - This is when all gets funny. He basically told us to „piss off“ because the price for which we booked it was a mistake of his, and hence or we pay the correct price (ah so I thought the hotel was closed?) because otherwise his boss, which was in France apparently, would make him pay the difference. - I said, wait a minute. This is not really pir problem and we have the right to stay! I even, because I felt for him (idk why to be honest) offered him that we could stay in any cheaper room and even pay more (but not the full price) so that the hole situation is for both somewhat acceptable. - He couldn’t do that, and ask us to leave! This hotel apart from beeing runned by dishonest people is a joke compared to better options like onederz! (the hote we ended up and are now looking back, even thankfull for that!) Anyways, if you can, avoid this place!

Very nice stay! The hotel is small with beautiful rooms. The staff was very kind and tried to help us all the time. They let us cancel one room (due 2 of us couldn’t fly to SR) even if the cancelation period was over. And they even bought us a new suitcase because one it got broken on the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Location is great, away from the busy-noisy Siem Reap centre, but in a walkable distance. Breakfast was nice too 😊. Overall a great experience
