Angkor Heart Bungalow recensioner

We had a perfect stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow! The staff are exceptional - Na Na and all the team were so polite and friendly. The service was excellent and they even provided us with snacks and tea when we arrived back from a tour. The bungalows are clean and spacious, and it’s lovely being able to eat breakfast on your terrace. We enjoyed using the pool and the grounds were really beautiful. The property is a short tuk tuk ride from the city centre and free transport is provided in the evening. We booked a tour and driver to see the Angkor temples through the hotel, which we really enjoyed - our tuk tuk driver, Sokkhen, was really kind and friendly. Highly recommend staying at Angkor Heart Bungalow!

I really recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Siem Reap, especially if you have kids.

The hotel has beautiful Khmer-style bungalows including a terrace, where among other things breakfast is served (since there is no classic restaurant) - absolutely wonderful. But everything was topped by the outstanding service and the attentive staff, they were absolutely fabulous. They noticed when we got up and served the breakfast accordingly, they noticed when we went to the pool and brought towels for us, they saw us getting ready to go to town and got the Tuk tuk ready, best of all: when they saw us come back from our day‘s excursion on our daughters‘ birthday they came with a cake (including candles) and sang „Happy Birthday“- they were amazing. Clear recommendation!

Great little place. Bungalow style accommodations just outside the city centre and across the road from the Phrae Circus. Staff are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. They gave us snacks and drinks every time we came back from day tours.

Lovely mini resort of traditional wood bungalows grouped around two pools. Pleasant landscaping with trees and bushes. The bungalows are equipped with nice, well dimensioned bathrooms, bathtubs and glass showers. The breakfast is served at your private bungalow (On tablecloths!) Decent food is avalaible throughout the day. There is tolerable noise from trucks passing by at night. Staff is friendly and you will be given a small gift when checking out. Transportation by tuktuk to downtown is provided between 5-7p.m..

Absolutely beautiful place with outstanding service! We had a much better time here than in a five star hotel a few days before. I can only recommend! If you read this, do not hesitate to reserve your spot! Will definitely return in the future!

It’s a little out of the city, but this make the hotel more quiet and peaceful. If you want to be away from noisy central area, it’s a good alternative - they also provide free tuktuk to central area, only one way. The service is amazing! Everyone is smiling all the time and they try their best to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast with additional $5 worth the money. I also read on the reviews that people get free coconut, but that wasn’t a case for me, maybe they don’t do it any more. There are two pools surrounded by the bungalows and both very nice. I only had two issues: The small towels were dirty (or maybe old?). I didn’t need them, if I told them to change I’m sure they would do that. T to blame the hotel but just a note. And there were many lizards not inside the room, but outside on the walls and on the dining table. I couldn’t continue my breakfast outside due to this issue. But maybe this is ok for many people as the hotel is located in the middle of the nature with a great garden. My final note is about the details: l was on a work trip alone in Siem Reap and wanted to treat myself a nice hotel for my birthday and choose here. Although they’re not obliged to do that, small gestures would have been nice - such as staff telling happy birthday, or a small cake or room upgrade for free etc as many hotels do. Again this is not something I was expecting, but just a suggestion to the hotel staff to make peoples stay even more memorable.

В качестве комплимента угощают фруктами, пивом, водой. Дарят национальные платки. Бесплатный трансфер по городу. Замечательные бассейны. Уютные бунгало. Кухня готовит вкусно и быстро. Дал бы 6 баллов из 5 )))) Отель не новый, но все работает, ухаживают. Территорию и номера чисто убирают

もう最高です！スタッフの皆さん、特にお名前を忘れてしまいましたがマネージャーの方、毎日気遣ってくれました。息子が小さいので洗面台に手が届かず、踏み台があったら嬉しかったです。 朝ごはんは1日だけお願いしました。最高に美味しいブレッド、フルーツ素晴らしかったです。 マッサージも安くて良かったです。本当にありがとうございました。また必ず行きます

소규모의 호텔이지만 가족과같이 친근하고 친절합니다. 펍스트리트거리와는 상당히 떨어져있어서 택시를타야합니다

The private airport transfer arranged by Angkor Heart was on time, clean and well presented . Upon arrival you are greeted by the most helpful staff we have ever met. Nothing is too hard for the staff of Angkor heart from making sure you are happy from the moment you wake up and have breakfast on your balcony at the time you wish. Even to be up at 4:45 am to see us off safely with a little take away continental breakfast when we went to sunrise at Angkor Wat. When you return throughout the day there is a nice platter of fruit and juice waiting for you We chose to stay in the private Bungalows which are situated about 200 meters down from the main site. The Bungalows are spaced well apart with each one having its own pool just at the base of the stairs. Every evening between 5-9 pm they will also provide a Tuk Tuk for free to get into Pub street The return is around 2.00 usd We grabbed the WhatsApp of one Driver and would always try and get him to bring us back. 5 star rating in a 3 star budget

Our stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow was amazing. The bungalow was impeccable, clean and comfortable; love the traditional architecture with modern amenities, the relaxing private pool and the delicious included breakfast!! The service was attentive, personalized and discreet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. I can’t say enough good things about this gem of a property, highly recommended!!
