Great service. The hotel is located slightly outside the city center, which makes it a very quiet and peaceful place to stay.

I must give this hotel a big five-star rating! From the moment I stepped into the lobby until I checked out, the entire experience was absolutely perfect and completely exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me warmly with friendly smiles. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and they also patiently informed me about the location of the hotel's facilities as well as recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, which made me feel very welcome right away. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, and it was spotlessly clean—there wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners. What impressed me most was the bedding: the mattress was neither too hard nor too soft, and the quilt and pillows were fluffy and soft, with a great skin-friendly feel. As someone who's picky about beds, I actually slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a well-designed dry-wet separation layout, with a spacious and tidy vanity. The hot water came quickly and steadily, and the quality of the toiletries was good, making them very comfortable to use. The breakfast the next day was a delightful surprise too. The dining area was clean and bright, with an extremely rich variety of food. There was a wide selection of Chinese options like porridge and noodles, as well as Western choices such as bread, bacon, and fruits. All the ingredients were fresh, and they were replenished promptly, which could fully satisfy different taste preferences. My child wanted to eat instant noodles every noon, and the hotel restaurant staff kindly helped to make them—such a thoughtful gesture! This stay experience was truly flawless. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends, and I will definitely choose it again next time I come!

I had a great time staying at this hotel. They informed me when I arrive at the lobby that my room will be upgraded for free.😁 it’s not about room upgrade, but I like staffs attitude, various options of breakfast, salt water pool, and view of the garden. Overall review is 9/10.

A good stay for three nights. Good and polite services and great happy hour at the pool bar. A bit far from city centre and the pub street. But can reach with a two dollars Tuh Tuh ride.

A beautiful hotel well deserving of its 5-star rating. Check in was quick and a cold towel and fruit tea were served. Beautiful pool (though it can get crowded), and extremely huge room with a great view of the property. The bathroom was gigantic - the tub could easily a few people in it. Note that in order to control the AC, you have to bring the remote close to the central control (near the door). Breakfast had a wide selection of food with an egg station and was extremely delicious. I had dinner twice at the restaurant, and each time the food did not disappointment. The pool bar has happy hour promotions from 6-7pm, although it closes by 8pm. The best asset about this place would be their guest-facing staff. Always smiling, greeting, and remembering every single guest by name. Everyone spoke very good English and always showed interest in guests, anticipating their needs. They also packed breakfast for guests going on the Angkor Wat sunrise tour. Special shoutout to Andy and Jenny for taking care of me so well. My only critique would be that housekeeping could have been a bit more meticulous.

Hotel staff are very much. Included Tuk Tuk service to Co try centre. Good value of money.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The amenities were great too—everything I needed was there. My only small suggestion would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast options, but other than that, everything was spot on. Would definitely stay again!

We booked the villa and absolutely loved how spacious it was! You truly get the full on home experience while on vacation at this accommodation. The spa felt like a sanctuary and highly recommended after seeing the temples. The staff catered to everyone as if family just entered a home, I can’t wait to book again.
